"Trifecta West" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a beachfront luxury home featuring 10 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, luxury linens from Peacock Alley, private pool, a fabulous game room, indoor elevator and amazing beachfront views! This home is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and is a prime spot for your beach vacation.

The first floor features the game room with a pool table along with 2 TV's and an additional table to play various games. As an added convenience there is also a kitchenette area that leads out to the pool. You'll also find the first set of bedrooms featuring a queen over king bunk room and then an additional bunk room featuring 3 sets of twin over twin of bunk beds sleeping up to 6 people!
Head up to the second floor where you will find the main kitchen that features 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, a gas stove, 2 dining tables and a large living area. There will be 1 king bedroom and 1 twin over twin bunk bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms as well. A full-size washer/dryer are also located on this floor.
The third-floor features 4 bedrooms; 2 kings with (one with an ocean view and one street view), and 2 bunk bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. This floor also has another washer/dryer.
The top floor has a huge king master with separate seating area with an en-suite bathroom and ocean views. The other side of the beautiful home is a large room that includes two queen beds.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

This home features an indoor elevator for quick and convenient access between the first three floors. This is especially helpful for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs. Please note that the elevator does not reach the fourth floor.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach! "Trifecta West" has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.

Trifecta West requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below: 2026

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

"Very spacious and well built large home on a beautiful stretch of beach. House accommodated 10 adults with plenty of room to spare and great floors and walls kept the place quiet even when everyone was inside. Balconies are huge and beach is very clean and beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Beach House Stay

Family Favorite Beach Rental House

"Our family has been renting beach houses for years, gradually migrating eastward from Perdido Key and the Destin area due to pricing and congestion; we have finally found one that we can rent year after year. Trifecta West is the right combo for us- location, size, kitchen and appliances, pool, private beach access and even parking. "This is a perfect place for a large family gathering. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and gathering areas. The house is beautifully decorated; but, not to the point that you can't enjoy the house. The pool and pool table were my grands fav. Even had chess games.(kids beat the adults).

Great On the Beach Experience

"For the last 17 years, we have taken our kids and grandkids for a week's vacation in the summer. Over the last six years, 30A has been in our location rotation. Trifecta West is by far the best home we have had on the Florida panhandle. We had 27 people included in this stay, and the house worked perfectly for that size group. We did not have great weather, but when we were able to get to the beach, it is amazing. Compared to other areas of 30A, this is almost a private beach. We have had homes where you may be the third line of chairs from the water and basically have no view of the water. Panama City Beach does not have that problem in front of the three Trifecta homes. Absolutely fantastic. Holiday Beach Rentals is professional and responsive to every inquiry. When we had an issue that needed to be resolved, we had a maintenance man there almost immediately. I can not recommend this house and management company more highly. Also, the proximity to Publix and other stores needed for supplies is great and the crowds are not as large as in the communities further west down the gulf.

"Although our family has rented along 30A for many years, our first time in this area. Home was modern, clean with all the amenities listed and great access to the beach that we love. Spacious and comfortable rooms for our growing group of 14 adults 9 children, Holiday Beach management was also quick to respond to the few items needing attention. Good people, great beach home!

"Trifecta West is a beautiful home filled with all the comforts of home. The home features 10 bedrooms suites, an elevator, a heated pool, 3 large refrigerators, large closet spaces, washers and dryers, a pool table and balconies on every floor. The location is perfect and the views are breathtaking. Customer service was top notch. Best beach house we have ever stayed at. We had 25 people and it was the perfect fit for us. Unbelievable Home!

"We absolutely loved this home! It was the nicest beach house we've stayed in. The suites are amazing and we loved the view from the 4th floor. The view from the decks are stunning whether you are sitting in a chair or standing due to the glass panels used instead of common spindles, such a nice upgrade. The elevator was a huge help with luggage, tired legs etc, especially with this house being 4 floors. The beds were extremely comfy as well. We opted for the chair and umbrella service. It was so nice to have the chairs delivered for you every day, one less thing to carry! The heated pool and pool deck were a nice place to gather with plenty of seating. The pool did had some trouble keeping a steady temperature, but the pool crew was on it. We enjoyed out stay and would stay again. You just can't beat walking straight out to the beach. This house exceeded our expectations.
