"Tan Lines" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a luxury, beachfront home located on the quiet West end of Panama City Beach. This home features 6 bedrooms 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms plus beachfront private pool and pool deck.

Step inside where you will find on the 1st floor a sitting room with a TV, a refrigerator, a half bath, and kitchenette. Head out the back door to the spacious back deck with plenty of space for sun bathing, grilling on the charcoal grill, or watching the waves.
The large 2nd floor of the home includes the main living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a half bath, and large dining space. The great open floor plan allows everyone to be part of the group, while enjoying the beach views. Located on this level is 1 king bedroom with a private en-suite and terrace access as well as 1 queen over king bunk bedroom with a private en-suite. The pool and deck area sit right outside the door on the 2nd floor main living level. "Tan Lines" boasts a beautiful deck with seating and dining. Enjoy the picturesque sunsets from this level.
Up on the 3rd floor you will find 2 exceptional king master suites with private en-suites. Both bedrooms have pristine views of the beach and sliding glass doors that lead out to the top floor balcony. On this level you will also find a media room with flat screen TV with two twin sleeper chairs. The 3rd floor also has a custom bunk nook with a full / twin / twin bunk set and an additional king bedroom with private en-suite. Down the hall to the street side of the home is the last bedroom with a queen over king bunk with private en-suite.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
You have direct beach access through a shared boardwalk with our other private rental houses, right next door!

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

"This house is beautiful and it’s in a perfect location. They’re several amazing restaurants around. You can rent jet ski’s a quarter mile down the road. The beach access is very accessible. We will be booking again!

"Everything surpassed expectations! Usually I am weary of Air BNBs, as I have found some in the past to be misreading once you see it in person. When we arrived for our trip we were excited to find that the place was clean, spacious, and more accommodating than anticipated. The view was great, and access to the beach couldn’t be better. Highly recommend!

"The home is beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. We loved it that every bedroom had a full bathroom attached. The pool/ hot tub was amazing, and perfect temperature even in the winter. The view from the patio is beautiful. The only suggestion we have for Holiday Beach Rentals is to provide more than just the basic supplies (they gave us one toilet paper roll, only 1 dish washing pod, no extra trash bags for our stay of 1 week).

Magical Destination for Wedding Vow Renewal

"Tan Lines Beach House was absolutely perfect for our Wedding Vow Renewal! The location was unbeatable, just steps from PCB sugar white sands, & the spacious layout made it easy to entertain family & friends. The decor was charming, the beds were comfortable, & the backyard was great for grilling and enjoying the sunset. Tan Lines host was the consummate professional and very responsive and accommodating, making our stay even better. The in-laws are still reminiscing about the stunning views from the balcony along with a large living area / outdoor patio which provided plenty of space to hang out, & the pool / hot-tub was a huge bonus on cool nights. The Cozart Family would like to send a HUGE thanks to Tan Lines Holiday Beach Rentals for making our Wedding Celebration destination magical. Cheers & Happy Holidays from our family to yours!

Perfect family vacay

"First time in Panama City! Loved the area. We do a beach vacation every 2 years with two of our adult children and their children and this was the best yet! The home is beautiful, well-stocked, clean, spacious (we could've easily had another family with us)...great layout with 3 different living areas. It was so great to have 2 refrigerators, one we could stock with drinks/snacks for the beach on the bottom level. And the views...wow, nothing like waking up, pouring a cup of coffee, and sitting on the deck, listening to the the ocean sounds and birds singing their songs. Just so peaceful. Loved being right on the beach so we were all able to go back and forth throughout the day without having to pack everything up. Watching the sunset every night from the balcony is also one of my highlights...Just so majestic! Communication was great from the rental company, loved the reminders about trash pickup. 🙂 October seems like a quieter time and loved that we had the whole beach to ourselves for playing with the kids. We found several whole sand dollars and many broken ones shaped like hearts. My suitcase was at its limit. Now we will start saving money and will be back in 2 years!

"We brought my son and some of his friends for a sr trip! They had an absolute blast! They loved the big living room over looking the pool and beach! They sat around watching the SEC tournament then moved to the pool area daily! The deck was big enough to hold everyone! The house is beautiful and the beds super comfy! Wasn’t expecting the bunks beds to be so comfortable but everyone was very happy they were. Loved every second of our week at Tan Lines

Amazing house & beach

"We had a family of 12, 6 adults, 6 kids, age range from 1-13. There was more than enough bedrooms, bathrooms, space for the kids to enjoy. They loved the pool. The house is beautiful & has everything you could need. We loved being able to go down to the beach so easily. Sunrise & sunsets were beautiful right out your windows. We saw dolphins swimming right on the beach, manta rays, lots of fish & live sand dollars, we even saw a few hammerhead sharks swim through one morning. It’s very close to grocery stores & plenty of places to eat. Pier park is close by & has lots of restaurants & shops. We would definitely go back to this amazing house.

Annual Family Beach Trip

"Tan Lines was a perfect place for our group of 12 to make a memory! The house is laid out well with plenty of space for everyone. We loved that all bedrooms had their own baths and the house had a pool. The location was the best - close to the airport, grocery stores, a golf course and 30-A restaurants. The beach, water and views were beautiful and the staff at Holiday Beach Rentals was very accommodating when we extended our stay for a day! We hope to be back next summer!

Much needed for my family!

"This house had so much room for my family! Very well stocked! Plenty of room to park cars. We loved staying at this house. The only complaint is the bedroom ceiling fans made a clanking sound so we had to keep them turned off. We were in need of more clothes hangers and they delivered them to the house within 20 minutes! Awesome service . I would highly recommend holiday beach rentals!

Spacious and Picturesque

"We brought our children and grandchildren on a week long family vacation, 22 in total. The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and cooking supplies. Ping ping and corn hole were great activities for the kids. The beach was beautiful as well. We have beautiful family photos, some of which were taken on the master balcony. We would recommend this house for a large group.
