"Sweet Swell" is a luxurious beachfront home hosted by Holiday Beach Rentals. This beachfront dream vacation rental is 7 bedrooms and 8.5 baths featuring an outdoor private pool, recreational room and theater room.

As soon as you walk through your front door you'll first see your very own large private theater room with ample seating for everyone in the family! There is also a queen sleeper sofa added to this floor which comfortably sleeps two. If you head out to the outdoor paved pool deck you'll be able to enjoy your own an outdoor lounge/seating area and game area with large flat screen TV (there is also an outdoor shower)!
Heading up to the second floor, you'll find a king bedroom as well as a queen over king bunk room, both with their own full bathrooms. Also located on this floor is your main open-concept living room/dining room and kitchen area with exquisite beachfront views. There is an additional half bathroom on this floor with a full size washer and dryer as well.
The third floor has three additional bedrooms. On the beach side is a king bedroom, in the middle of this floor is a queen over queen bunk and on the street side is another king bedroom, all of these bedrooms have their own full bathrooms attached. This floor features a queen over queen bunk that sleeps four and a king bedroom both with connecting bathrooms.
Coming up to the last floor on the top is an open loft/seating area that leads into a large bedroom featuring 4 twin beds with an in-room vanity area plus a connected bathroom. On the beach side of the 4th floor is a very large master king suite with a sitting area, en-suite bathroom and one additional twin bunk set (sleeping 4 total in this room).

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach is your backyard! "Sweet Swell" has a boardwalk that leads straight to the beach.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

"We have been renting from Holiday Beach for years. They never fail to disappoint. I have to say that Sweet Swell has been one of my favorite houses to rent. The house is totally equipped to handle a large family. All the rooms were large and spacious and had many areas for entertainment inside and out. Our kids were never bored. Beautiful well kept house!!!

"This property was beautiful! The views from every level were spectacular!!! The pictures do not do this property justice! I was pleasantly shocked by the high ceilings in every room! We came with 24 guest, 6 different families, and 6 kids ranging from ages 1-10 and at no time did we feel crowded. The 2 fridges came in handy as well! The heated pool was amazing and being right on the beach was the cherry on top! 10/10. Will book again!

Enjoyed our stay

"Our group very much enjoyed our stay. We had 4 families with 13 kids and everyone slept comfortably. Beach front access and the pool were big hits. The tv in the master bedroom was broken on arrival and we did report it but it was not fixed during our stay. I cannot sleep without a tv so we did have to purchase a small tv to use while there but everything else went very smooth. We loved being able to order our chairs set up for us each day and we also had a beach bonfire setup one night that was great. Overall we had a great experience and would come back to stay!

"This home was perfect for our group! Great location right on the beach! Beautiful home and it looks exactly like the photos. Host is a property management group and they were super helpful and responsive. We needed maintenance to check the pool and they arrived within a few hours. Great customer service! Awesome Home

"We had a great time at Sweet Swell. There was plenty of room for our entire family. My grandchildren loved the pool and the games. Easy access to the beach, plenty of parking, and comfortable sleeping for everyone. I really appreciate the communication from Holiday Rentals all week long, especially during Hurricane Helene. Great location!

"This was our third vacation rental property with Holiday Beach Rentals and it did not disappoint! Our previous houses were located closer to Pineapple Willies and I was concerned this one was too far out. It was actually a better location. Walking distance to so much from ice cream, restaurants, bars, souvenir shop and more. The house was amazing. We all had room to spread out and the pool area was utilized the most. The staff with Holiday Beach Rentals is one of my main reason I choose to stay in their properties. They are attentive to needs and were helpful in selecting the perfect vacation rental. I would recommend this house if you have a large family.
