Welcome to "Surf Shack" by Holiday Beach Rentals, your ultimate beachfront escape! This 8 bedroom/7.5 bathroom gem is designed for effortless relaxation, with room for up to 26 guests to enjoy spacious living, endless ocean views from balconies on every level, and endless fun in the private pool and garage game room. With a fully equipped kitchen and every detail catered to, Surf Shack is the perfect place to gather family and friends for an unforgettable coastal retreat!

On the beach side of the ground floor is a full kitchenette with an indoor/outdoor serving bar and small sitting table. It also has a comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV and a full bathroom with large walk-in shower. The backdoor opens up to your very own private beachfront pool with couch lounge seating as well as your outdoor grilling area. There is also a putting green located outside the pool deck area. Need to escape the Florida heat or just hang out indoors? Head on to the garage game room and you'll find a pool table, foosball table, and shuffle board game.
The first set of bedrooms is located on the second floor. One of them has a queen over king bunk bed and the other has a king bed, each with their own private full bathrooms. There is also a full washer and dryer set located here. The open-concept area on the beachside has your fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area offering a completely furnished walkout balcony overlooking the pristine coastline. With an additional outdoor dining table (with seating for 6), this spot was meant for wining and dining in the sunset!
Up the stairs on the third floor are additional bedrooms as well - a king room on the street side with a full private bathroom, a queen over queen bunk bedroom and then two beachfront rooms that share a furnished walkout balcony (one with a king bed and one with a twin over twin bunk and queen bed), each of these rooms also has their own private full bathrooms as well.
The top floor has a small sitting area just as you come off the stairway. On the North side is a multi-bed room featuring two queen beds and two twin beds (sleeps 6) with an in-room vanity plus a connected full bathroom. On the beach side is a king master suite featuring a large seating area, beautiful en-suite with oversized walk-in shower, double vanity and separate claw foot soaking tub. This room also has its own walkout balcony for pristine views of the Emerald Coastline.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach is your backyard! "Surf Shack" has a boardwalk that leads straight to the beach.

Policies ↑↓

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

"What an amazing beach vacation! Surf Shack has it all. Plenty of space, outstanding location, and first class amenities. Holiday Beach Rental communication is also out of this world. They touched base with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was ok. The property was clean and there was ample accommodations for our large party. Every time our family heads to the beach, we always stay at Holiday Beach Rental properties. Simply the best!

"We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, cozy, and in a great location. The beds were super comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The only small suggestion would be to provide a bit more toilet paper, but other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

"Great location for a family vacation. The weather was cooler than expected however the heated pool saved the trip. We were able to enjoy the beach for a day and being step away from the beach was so nice. We highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed! "Had an awesome stay at Surf shack .House is big enough to accommodate a large family. Beachfront is perfect. Pool was nice and warm and clean for the little ones. Host was responsive when we had a refrigerator issue. House was nice and clean multiple laundry facilities were a huge plus. Game room was a hit for all the kids and adults. The only thing that would have made it nicer is if the kitchen downstairs had a microwave and dishes. I say this because we spent most of our time in the pool and the game room and the beach on the bottom level.

Perfect Location

"Bachelorette trip with a group of 15. The house had plenty of space! Very nice having two washers and dryers! Kitchen had ample space. With a groups of 15 women we all had enough space to do our hair and makeup without being in each others way. It was very nice to have a bathroom in all but one room. The access to the beach was very nice! We loved the pool area and the door that rolled up to serve snacks and drinks.

"Gathering our family of 20 for Thanksgiving was a task with many opinions but this house exceeded everyone’s expectations. Large enough to gather is one area to give thanks but offered several spots to spread out to keep the peace. The game room was the favorite spot !!

"We had an amazing stay here during fall break. 8 adults + 8 kids (ages 1-6) and it was surprisingly more spacious than expected. Every family got 2 bedrooms so we never felt cramped. We did have to get a thing or two fixed but it was promptly fixed. Communication was 10/10. You can’t beat having a private pool right on the beach. We will definitely be back again!!

"We can’t recommend Surf Shack enough! There is tons of space on each floor, and plenty of beds for friends and family. We particularly loved the many games available as well as the pool, and obviously the proximity and easy walk to the beautiful beach. Holiday Beach Rentals staff was great and very helpful throughout. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Family Reunion

"We had a large cousins reunion weekend at this property and have nothing but rave reviews! Well appointed, beautiful design, and furniture that is not only stylish but extremely comfy and nap worthy. Plenty of space, and with most rooms having their own private bathrooms, it never felt crowded. We have to say that the ground floor quickly became our favorite place, with the game room: complete foosball, shuffleboard, pingpong/billiard table combo, and TV directly across from the pool room and patio, a partial kitchen full size fridge reduces trips upstairs, and huge (half) garage window leading to the pool deck brings the outside in. The hammock couch on the pool deck was a napping favorite among our crew, and the pool is just big enough with a nice little shore shelf to enjoy the sun and the water. All of this right on the gulf, with private boardwalk for the 4 properties leading directly out to the white sugar sand. We would recommend the paddle board and chair rentals. We had a hassle free stay but the management team and Alex our PM, were very quick with responses to our little questions along the way, and were friendly and helpful when organizing our bonfire and other rental amenities, communication was flawless! We would recommend this property and Holiday Beach Management to all! We will cherish this family trip for years to come and are so grateful for a 5 star stay!

Wonderful house

"Family of 16 stayed at the house with 10 adults and 6kids. The layout is amazing and so spacious. The game room, pool, open window to the pool, views, location to the beach we’re all incredible. Beds were very comfortable; plenty of towels available. Very small issues…no garbage bags so we had to go buy some. Foosball table was broken and no cornhole the first day but those were replaced/repaired on our 3rd day there. No ice in machine but ice in bags were brought in. Outdoor shower was also broken but still useable. This is the perfect place if you don’t want to leave the house for a week. Overall we all loved this house and the company was attentive to concerns/requests. We would definitely stay here again!
