Sun Daze by Holiday Beach Rentals is a beachfront dream home. Located in the beautiful Panama City Beach, yet close enough to enjoy the attractions of the famous 30A. Featuring a private pool, six spacious bedrooms, unique decor, and an ocean view, this home is truly a gem. Sun Daze is equipped with all the personal touches of home. This home is perfect for large or multiple families to enjoy the beauty of Panama City Beach.

Step inside where you will find on the 1st floor a sitting room with a large, flat screen TV, a refrigerator, half bath and a kitchenette. Head out the back door to relax around the pool area. The spacious back deck has plenty of space for sun bathing, grilling on the charcoal grill, or watching the waves.
The large 2nd floor of the home includes the main living area, a half bath, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dining space. The large dining table will seat ten guests as well as an additional five at the counter. The great open floor plan allows everyone to join and be part of the group. The living area contains a sliding glass door that leads to an outdoor balcony with more seating and a wonderful ocean view. Located on this level is one king bedroom and one queen over king bunk bedroom with en-suites. Enjoy the picturesque sunsets from this level.
Up on the 3rd floor you will find two exceptional king masters with en-suites and flat screen TVs. Both bedrooms have pristine views of the ocean and sliding glass doors that lead out to the top floor, furnished, balcony. Relax upstairs in the additional TV sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa. The 3rd floor also has a custom bunk nook with a full/twin/twin bunk set. Unwind in the king or queen over king bunk room with en-suites and flat screen TVs. Also located on the 3rd floor is the laundry room.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
You have direct beach access through a shared boardwalk with our other private rental houses, right next door!

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

"This is a great house! This vacation was the second time we have rented this house and we look forward to renting it again. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is beautifully decorated. There is plenty of room for everyone. Everything is clean. Love being right on the beach. We could watch the dolphins and the sunsets are amazing.

"SunDaze was just amazing. Plain and simple. Our other house fell through 2 days before we were set to arrive and we were able to get SunDaze booked and it was the best thing that could’ve happened! Steps down from the house to the beach, covered pool perfect for little kids, location was amazing and we would drive over to Rosemary and it was less than a 10 minute drive! The house was HUGE and had more than enough space for our party of 18 (8 adults and 10 kiddos. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We grilled out one night and it was so fun! We loved this house and hope to visit it again during our next trip!

"We loved the property, location, cleanliness and communication!! Only complaint is that there is only one small charcoal grill. For that size of home, there should be a larger grill. It took a couple hours anytime we needed to put something on the grill. Other than that, it was great!

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Daze! Our group of 9 had more than enough room to spread out and relax. Holiday Beach Rentals was very accommodating and responsive when we had questions. Although there are a few amenities that aren’t provided (beach towels, cleaning supplies, salt/pepper/oils, etc) we would love to stay here again.

Spring Break Goals!

"Incredible week! 4 big families booked a Vacay to remember! The house is beautiful and view is spectacular. Last year we stayed in Seagrove, close to seaside, which we used bikes and golf carts. You do not need those here. You will drive at least 25 min to get into seaside. Sun Daze is perfect for lots of kids that want to spend time on the beach but then want to get in heated pool! On a rainy day we drove into Panama City Beach and went to Ripleys believe it or not museum and then ate at Harpoon Harry’s…great day! The staff at holiday beach rentals were very helpful and quick to respond to every text. Check in and out was easy. Publix is close by as well as an urgent care if you need anything! Our favorite activity was a beach bonfire right in front of house with hot dogs and s’mores. We also loved that our rented chairs and umbrellas were set up every day. Kids loved the golf green in front of house. We hired photographer to take sunset pics and had fabulous sunset dinners on the balcony. Great memories and definitely recommend this property!
