"Soul Surfer" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a beachfront vacation home featuring 8 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests. This home has pulled out all the stops to offer a true beachside oasis! If you've ever pictured yourself lounging directly on the Emerald Coast, saying farewell to the sunset on your poolside bed swing, eating dinner while listening to the waves roll in or gaming all night in your private garage-game room - CONGRATS, you found your dream vacation home at Soul Surfer.

The first floor features a relaxing beachside retreat complete with your very own 12x17 private outdoor pool. Imagine coming in right off the coastline and taking a fresh water dip or swinging the afternoon away on your full-size poolside bed swing. We've also added a kitchenette on the bottom floor for a more convenient way to grab a snack or an ice cold beverage while not having to venture too far from your outdoor oasis. Also located on the ground floor is your garage gameroom, complete with arcade style basketball, a foosball table and full size pool table!
As you walk up the front steps of the home, you are greeted by the second floor which features the main living room, dining room and kitchen area complete with a furnished walkout balcony that offers pristine views of the Emerald Coastline. Its going to be difficult choose to dine inside or outside! Also on the second floor is the first set of bedrooms featuring king beds with their own bathrooms. Your first washer and dryer set are located here as well.
Walking up to the third floor you have four additional bedrooms. On the beach side are two king bedrooms, both have their own bathrooms. There is also a queen over queen bunk room that sleeps 4 and a queen over king bunk room next to it (also sleeps 4), both rooms also have their own bathrooms.
The fourth floor has an open loft area that leads into a large room containing two queen beds and two twin beds (sleeping 6 total) with an in-room vanity and connected full bathroom. On the beachside of this floor is the main King master suite complete with an indoor sitting area as well as a furnished outdoor walkout balcony.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach is your backyard! "Soul Surfer" has a boardwalk that leads straight to the beach.

Policies ↑↓

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Perfect Vacation!

"This was a beautiful property, the Customer Service was probably the best we have ever had! They sent reminders for trash pickup, which was a great help, as well as responding to anything we needed within minutes. We had the groceries stocked on arrival & beach chairs set out daily, which we loved! The game room, pool, golf putting, cornhole were all very popular with our kids. I especially loved the close proximity to the beach, so easy to run back to the home if anything was needed!! And the house itself was absolutely gorgeous, very well stocked, plenty towels in all of the bathrooms, etc!! And loved having a bathroom for each bedroom, such a wonderful convenience. We had absolutely no complaints about anything in this home and can’t wait to return! I will definitely be reserving through Holiday Beach Rentals again! Thank you for such a wonderful, memorable trip!!

Perfect Stay!

"Such a beautiful home!! We had 20 all together and everyone was very comfortable! All bedrooms have their own bath, the home was so well stocked, from the kitchen to the bathrooms!! The beach was a very short walk & the kids loved the pool, game room, cornhole, golf putting, etc. It kept them all entertained!! And I can’t say enough about Holiday Beach Rentals, one of the best companies we have ever reserved through!! They was so quickly responsive to anything we needed and always so helpful! We will definitely be reserving through them again! Can’t wait to go back!!

Perfect for our family!

"This house was perfect for a family trip to the beach! Everything was clean and in great condition. It gave us all room to spread out and also spend time together. We didn’t have great weather so using the heated pool was perfect! We would love to stay here again. Also management was excellent! We didn’t read the directions on the AC and they came to fix it within 8 hours. Super responsive and being able to text with them was super convenient.

"What a great property to stay at. We had 5 families and there was more than enough room. The closeness to the Beach was awesome. Beautiful views from all 4 levels. The Game Room kept the kids busy and the downstairs kitchen area kept the adults happy. HBR was excellent to work with and very responsive to questions/requests. Would stay there again for sure.

"This property was everything we were hoping it would be. Our family of 15 stayed for the week and everyone loved their bedroom/bathroom- which is almost impossible to accomplish. The pool area and proximity to the beach make this a one-of-a-kind rental. The house is clean, fresh, and nicely decorated. We had a minor issue with ants, but it was taken care of with no problem. We can’t wait to go back!

"It was nice and is in a great location. Very clean was very easy to control temp bathrooms were extremely clean and loved that it had 2 sets of washers and dryers *we had large suvs so I don’t know if 10 cars would fit maybe 10 sedans. Loved the very modern look and feel very clean. highly highly recommend for bigger families and check in was super easy and couldn’t have any been simpler location on beach was conveniently next to jet ski rentals definitely recommend you as well! Outside patio had lots to do for kids and teens as well as garage with all the games ice machine and two fridges which is very convenient if you need to store lots of groceries for either a big family 20+ or a long stay. Only complaint was only one roll of toilet paper for 5 days and one roll of paper towels for those days as well. Would give it a solid 10/5 stars very well worth it all rooms were nice and clean very very nice !

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home

"Lovely and very spacious home conducive for a large group. Very comfortable beds! Easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and has lots of room. We had days of heavy rain and noticed that the windows in the kitchen leaked a lot. We sat bowls around to catch the dripping water. Also the shower doors don't seal well and water pools on the bathroom floors. None of the inconveniences affected our stay, and we would definitely return to this house again.

Quiet Vacation

"This is my 2nd year in a row staying at this property. It was outstanding as usual. Pool and stool cushions need to be replaced because they were slightly worn and had a hole in one of the cushions but besides that we had no complaints. Awesome Vacation

"I am a youth pastor and we rented this for our spring break retreat! This was a great house with everything you needed. The pool and the short walk to the beach was the best! The putting green at the edge of the property was a great touch. The two fridges allowed for lots of space. We do wish there was a double oven of some sorts due to cooking for 24 people. There is also a door alarm for the pool that I complete understand but slightly annoying that you could not leave it open when you are out by the pool. But those are minuscule compared to the rest of the property and service. We has a small plumbing issues and called them and they had someone out within the hour. Our leaders and students were very impressed with everything and are looking forward to the next one. Highly recommend.

"We stayed at Soul Surfer for a week with 12 family members. The house was perfect for our group! Each bedroom has its own en suite. The majority of the rooms have a balcony overlooking the beach/gulf. The lower level and pool area are great! Just steps from the beach, restaurants, and golf cart rentals. We highly recommend Soul Surfer!
