Shore Thing by Holiday Beach Rentals is a gorgeous beachfront rental perfect for your group's next get together. This luxury vacation home is located on the East End of Panama City Beach. With 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms (+2 half baths) this rental can accommodate up to 18 guests. Start planning your getaway today!

On the first floor, you'll find a small wet bar area with a beverage refrigerator and ice maker. This floor also features direct access to your furnished pool deck with an outdoor TV, dining area, Kamado Joe Charcoal grill, outdoor shower, private heated 14x10 pool and direct access to the beach via beach boardwalk! A half bath and the first washer and dryer set is located in the hallway on this floor as well.
The second floor features the main living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area with amazing views of the beach. The first bedroom is located on this floor, a king bed with an en-suite attached. This full bathroom can also be accessed via the hallway.
Up on the third level, there are two queen/king bunk rooms with private en-suite and a king room with private en-suite. A second stacked washer and dryer set is located on this level as well.
On the fourth and final floor, you will find the last two bedrooms, one king room and a multi-bunk room with two twin/twin bunk beds, each with a private en-suite. An additional living space is located on this floor with a wet bar and a half bath.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is an additional fee and is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach! This home has direct Beach Access through a Shared Boardwalk with another one of our property's, "Intoxicasun" next door.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

"Holiday Beach Rentals was amazing to rent from. They checked in on us by text a few times during the stay. We had an issue with hot water at the home , and they responded quickly to my questions. It was taken care of within 2 hrs. Amazing service and such pleasant response. The house itself was amazing. Beachfront location was fantastic. Kitchen was very well stocked. We traveled with my mom, who has some mobility issues. We had actually booked a different place with an elevator through Holiday Beach Rentals. Before arriving they identified a mechanical issue with the elevator. Knowing this was a critical piece of our trip, they proactively reached out with the offer to transition to Shore Thing — with a working elevator. It saved the trip and allowed us to make amazing memories with my aging mother. Thank you Holiday Beach Rentals for amazing service, response, and a fantastic home to make amazing memories. Without a doubt we will rent with them again if we return to PCB.

"This house was amazing. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Dual laundry areas is a plus. The location is perfect with direct access to the beach and walking distance to our favorite restaurants. The parking is limited to 4 vehicles. The upper level balconies do not provide any seating for having morning coffee or watching the sunset.

"This home is stunning! We loved the many details in the home from the two refrigerators, ice maker, two living spaces, outdoor television, pool with waterfall and literally 10 steps from the pool to the beach. The kitchen is beautiful and has top of the line appliances along with being stocked with everything a family would need during their stay. If you like Schooners is a five minute walk on the beach!
