Seahorse by Holiday Beach Rentals is a 9 bedroom, 9 full bathroom (and 2 half bathrooms!), 5195 square feet luxury beachfront home. It is also equipped with an elevator that extends to the first three floors. Seahorse also features a fourth floor pool table, plus a large swimming pool and bar area on the first floor. This home will be the perfect spot for you to spend your next vacation!

The first floor features direct walkout access to the most unique beachfront pool we have in our entire line up of vacation homes boasting 7 in-pool barstools so you can sit and watch the waves roll in! This level also has a kitchenette and living area. There are also 2 bedrooms as you first walk through the front door - one twin over full bunk room (street view) and one full bedroom (beach view), each with their own private en-suite.
As you head up the stairs to the second floor you are greeted with stunning beachfront views from your main kitchen/living room/dining room area, you'll definitely want to take advantage of the walkout balcony on this floor! The kitchen features 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, an induction cooktop and 2 dishwashers. The dining area sits 20 plus the 5 at the bar and the spacious living area is waiting for you to enjoy the views. Down the hall are two additional bedrooms with one twin over full bunk room (street view) and king bedroom (street view), both have their own private en-suite.
You can either choose to take the elevator or a quick walk up to the north side of the third floor to find an additional double twin bunk room and king room (street view), both with their own private en-suite. On the opposite side is the beachfront king master suite featuring a separate sitting area and bar area with a wine cooler. This room has a large master bath with a large walk-in shower and separate garden tub, all with pristine gulf views. There is also an additional washer/dryer on this floor.
There s a pool table on the 4th floor! There is also a cute area just for the kids to read, play hide and seek or games. The first bedroom is a full + twin bed with a twin trundle (street view). On the beach side is the queen bedroom with beautiful gulf views and walkout balcony. All rooms have their own private en-suite.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

*There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors 1, 2 and 3. The 4th floor is accessed through stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach is your backyard! Seahorse has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Perfect for large families

"Perfect Beach House for a Big Family Getaway! Our extended family of 20 (5 adult couples and 10 grandchildren) spent an unforgettable week at this beach house, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The layout across four floors gave each family their own private space, while the main kitchen and dining area were ideal for gathering everyone together for meals and games. The house was well-equipped and spacious, and the elevator (serving floors 1-3) was a huge plus—especially helpful for one of the adults who had an injury prior to the trip. The large pool provided plenty of room for all the kids to play, and the direct beach access meant we could easily go back and forth between the pool and ocean all day long. Chair service each morning had us set up right in front of the house, which made beach days even easier. Though the beach was a bit busier due to the July 4th holiday, it was never crowded and very manageable, and the fireworks on the 4th were truly spectacular—visible all up and down the shore. We appreciated being just a few miles from grocery stores but away from the busiest part of town. We hardly left the property the entire week—it was a true beach vacation. Highly recommend for large families looking for a relaxing, memory-making getaway!

Spring Break 2025 Family Vacation

"Don’t hesitate, book it!!!! This place was amazing and their hosting is super professional and very responsive! Book the bonfire! We ordered because of one of the reviews and it was amazing! The staff that came to set up did a splendid job and were very friendly! Book the beach chairs! We only ordered a set which was plenty! They come to set up early in the morning reserving you a spot at the beach and they take down every evening! The home is super clean offering the best views of the ocean! The kids loved everything from the game room to the reading cubby and of course the pool and playing in the sand! We have decided to book with Holiday Beach rentals from now on and choose to make PCB our forever Spring Break destination! This is a quieter side of town and if you like to run a lot errands (Walmart, Walgreens, etc.) you should look to book more towards the eastern side of town because the ride is about a half hour! There are tons of Holiday Beach rentals to choose from along the beach and they are all beautiful! Don’t forget long sleeved swimwear for the kids, the Florida sun is no joke! :) Our stay with HBR was perfect!

Perfect Beach Home

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our needs. It is situated on a quieter stretch of beach, and the beach itself is wonderful. The kitchen was well appointed. The views from the large windows are spectacular. The master suite is especially lovely. The property managers were responsive. We highly recommend the option of the beach chair service, and the bonfire was a true highlight of the trip. We would highly recommend this special property!

Large Family Vacation

"This was an amazing home right on the beach. We had a large group of 5 families consisting of ages between 50 and 5. Everyone loved it! The home is beautifully decorated. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house stayed very cool despite hot temps. We had lots of common areas to hang out in. We enjoyed dinners on the patio with beautiful views of the sunsets. Holiday rentals was very responsive and responded to any issues very quickly.

Whole family vacation

"This house was absolutely wonderful! Actual house is even more beautiful than the pictures! We took the entire family including grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone. Thank you to the owners for such a beautiful place to stay. We were on the quieter end of the beach which was perfect for Spring Break. We paid extra to have chairs and umbrella out on the beach each day. Well worth the money! We highly recommend this house!!

"This house was perfect for our family Spring Break vacation! We had 10 adults including 2 college age, and kids 6-16 years old. This spacious house was exactly what we needed! 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, game room with pool table, heated pool, 2 full kitchens, elevator and right on the beach!!!!….we had it made! The house was beautifully decorated and was even more beautiful than website photos!!!! We could not have picked a house that was more awesome! Well worth the money! "Family vacation with 13 adults and 10 kids from ages 2-13. There was something for everyone. 4th floor play area was a hit with the kids-even the littles in the cubby area (some toys provided). The location was super--we spent the majority of our time on the beach and loved every minute. House was very clean and rental agency was superb! Took care of small issue immediately. Only negative was quality of toilet paper supplied. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Home

"This home is absolutely breathtaking. I loved every single floor in the home. The beautiful ocean views through out, The double kitchens, the convenience to grocery stores was a plus…. The home was refreshing when we first walked in. Management is amazing and very responsive. My only complaint would be the alarm for the pool. I love the safety feature but I also hate it equally. If you don’t press a button when opening the door it goes off very loud and it catches you off guard every single time. The smoke detectors are very sensitive and you can not cook without a vent on. Not even in the oven. I do appreciate the extra security for the property however that would be our only complaint. But even with the complaint I will still book this home again as it is worth every single penny

Best beach house ever!

"We’ve vacationed in several beach houses in South Carolina and Florida, and this has been one of the best. The view, the sand, and the close access to the beach was fantastic. The house was top notch…heated pool was great for some unexpected cool weather; the elevator was a lifesaver for the seniors; and Holiday Beach Rentals was 5* to work with!

"The Seahorse house is absolutely amazing. Even better in person than captured in pictures. The best decision we ever made, for a family vacation, was renting this house! The only downside is the beds are very firm. The master bed is plush, but if you are sleeping anywhere else — very firm.

"Group of guys celebrating their friend getting married and it was more than we expected. Great views from every floor. We enjoyed the pool and cooking/grilling every night. There is volleyball net within walking distance on the beach. Best and easiest beach experience ever.
