Sea Salt by Holiday Beach Rentals is a vacation dream home located on the west end of Panama City Beach. It features 6 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half bathrooms, and sleeps 20 people. It features a private heated pool, direct access to the beach, and is perfect for your beach getaway.

As you walk in the front door, you are greeted with a small living room area complete with high top table and stools, sectional couch and flat screen TV. Down the hallway is your kitchenette area with refrigerator and sink plus a 1/2 bathroom on the side. This makes it more convenient to pop right in off the beach and grab a snack or just to take a break.
The second floor has a great open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with seating for 10 guests, and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV. Guests can enjoy this space while looking out the full windows and glass doors at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. On the outside deck you will find the pool and a lounge seating area perfect for watching the waves and relaxing. Down the hall there is a half bathroom and two bedrooms with their own private full bathrooms and flat screen TV's, one is a queen over king bunk bedroom and the other is a king room.
Head up to the third floor and you will find enough sleeping for 12 guests. On the north side of the home you will see a king-sized bedroom with a tub/shower combination bathroom in the attached bathroom and across from the hall is a queen over king bunk bed room. Just outside this bedroom is a full bathroom and a twin bunk bed nook, each with its own flat screen TV overhead. There are two master bedrooms on the beach side of the home, one queen and one king. Each of these rooms has their own personal bathroom, a flat screen TV, and best of all, direct access to a furnished glass balcony overlooking the ocean. The master suite, specifically, features a large bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
"Sea Salt" has direct beach access through a shared boardwalk with another rental property next door.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Beautiful, large beach house

"Beautiful location, plenty of room for my three sisters and our families- 8 adults and 8 kids altogether. There are six bedrooms (two with large bunkbeds) plus the bunk area in the upstairs hallway. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The pool is small but the heating works well and the kids had a blast. The kitchen is large and well equipped with dishes and cooking equipment, including two blenders. I did wish salt and pepper etc were there because it felt such a shame to have to buy it and then throw it away. The view and beach access were incredible- from the balcony one evening we could see a pod of dolphins playing in the ocean.

INCREDIBLE WEEK

"My husband and I and two other couples came to relax after dealing with damage from the hurricane. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Had everything we needed in a beach house! And the views were just beautiful! Perfect house, perfect location, and blessed with perfect weather. If I had any constructive feedback to give, it would be that the living room furniture is too small for 6”3 men and too small really for more than six people to be comfortable. However, the beds were top notch! Very comfortable mattresses. And we would definitely rent this house again. The living room furniture would not keep us from re-booking!

Incredible Stay 2024

"The location and layout of this well-appointed and beautifully maintained beach property made it a perfect place for a large family celebrating a 50th birthday. The house was big enough for everyone to move around and space to have some quiet time if needed. Each main bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed. Ocean views and sunsets were amazing. The outside deck area has a Kamado Joe grill, big bench for sitting and on the second level a much-appreciated shaded seating area with small pool (hot tub size). The house is close to Panama City and distant all at the same time. It was very clean and safe. The beach was not crowded and on beautiful white powder sand. Walking down your private boardwalk stairs with coffee in hand for a morning beach stroll takes it to a different level. There is so much space to enjoy, I would absolutely recommend this whether you are a big family group coming together or friends joining for vacation - this beach home leaves nothing to be desired as they have truly done it all for you. Just show up and enjoy!! It’s all contactless! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. If you’re on the fence like I was - Just do it! You wont regret it.

Great Family Vacation

"Our family of seventeen from ages four to seventy one had a great time at Sea Salt. The house was very comfortable and had all the necessities. The kitchen was well equipped. The extra refrigerator on the lower level came in handy. The location of the house was conveniently close to the airport, restaurants, grocery store and a five minute walk to the coffee/ice cream shop. One of the things that could be helpful is a lighted board walk to the beach. That first step is unexpected especially at night and the last step is very high. Also , other places that we have stayed at in the past always had an area that you could leave your beach toys , chairs, umbrellas and canopy behind. We left our neighbor all of that . Hopefully they were able to use it. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

Best family vacation ever

"Our family of twelve absolutely loved staying at Sea Salt. Waking down our private beach access to the ocean every morning was a dream. Sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous. Water in the ocean was pristine. Prettiest we have ever seen in the Gulf - it was crystal clear. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and the house was even more spacious than the photos depicted. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook large meals and the beds and linens were really nice and comfy. Every bedroom had a nice TV….we don’t watch a lot of TV but it was a little disappointing that we could only get one of the bedroom TV’s to actually work. We could have called about it but it wasn’t a big deal to us, except when we wanted to find a nighttime movie for the adults to watch while the little kids watched something else. We could tell that the couches in the main living room have gotten a LOT of use and may need to be replaced soon. We spent most of our time at the beach and worked a lot of family puzzles on the huge dining room table in the evenings so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Pool alarm on the sliding doors was a little annoying but very necessary with small children. Pool didn’t have a light (that we could find) and that made it less fun for us to let the little kids swim at night but they loved spending time in the pool after being at the beach. A few of us went on a dolphin watching boat trip through Holiday Beach Rentals. Highly recommend that! At the end of our trip everyone commented that this was our best beach house rental so far and we would definitely love to come back to Sea Salt.

"This house was perfect for our fabulous vacation! The location was ideal, no traffic and beautiful beach! Plenty of bedrooms, very comfortable beds, places to gather or be apart, if wanted. Lovely House

"highlights: *top level bedroom balconies - next best thing to being on the beach is balcony doors open to sights and sounds of the ocean *great sleeping options - high quality bedding, mattresses and pillows *management team is super responsive - noticed a leak under bathroom cabinets first night and repair was made the next morning *pool alarm is an unfortunate necessity - wish there was a way to opt out if no young ones in the group.
