"Sea Breeze" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a luxury beachfront home that has just been newly redecorated with upscale furnishings and decor. This rental features 10 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Boasting features such as a private beachfront pool, indoor game room, multiple open concept living areas, indoor elevator and stunning views of the emerald coast from all fully furnished walkout balconies! Located on the tranquil West end of Panama City Beach, it's in a prime location for the perfect beach getaway.

Located on the first floor of the home are three queen over queen bunk bedrooms, each with private en-suites. Also on this floor you will find a spacious poolside entertainment room featuring foosball, a pool table, large flat screen tv and an oversized kitchenette with ample counter space and seating (for added convenience there is also a half bathroom). The main hallway has a stackable washer and dryer which comes in handy for a quick-dry of your towels and swimsuits! The sliding glass doors open up to the large private beachfront pool and deck which include lounge chairs, a dining table and charcoal grill. Just a few steps from the pool deck is a private beach boardwalk and outdoor shower as well.
Head up to the second floor and experience the stunning beach views from every angle of the main kitchen, double dining tables and living area. Beachside dining is also a must on the open-air furnished balcony! There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, a king room and a bunk room featuring 2 twin over twin bunk beds, each room has their own private en-suite.
There are a variety of additional bedrooms on the third floor, including a spacious beachfront king master suite. In addition to an in-room dry bar (mini-fridge, sink & coffee maker), wall to wall windows with private furnished balcony, the beachfront king master suite also has an open concept layout with a birds eye view for miles of the coastline, its en-suite offers a luxurious experience with a full walk-in shower, double wall vanities and separate soaking tub! Down the hall on the North side is another king bedroom and a bunk room with two twin over twins bunks, both rooms have their own private en-suites as well. For added convenience, there is a full sized washer and dryer on this floor.
The fourth floor has a unique layout of bedrooms on both the North and South sides. Located on the beachside is a spacious beachfront king master suite with a private furnished walkout balcony as well as luxury en-suite with a porthole view of the beach from the soaking tub, large double vanities and full walk-in shower. On the opposite end of the home is an awesome dorm-style room that is spacious enough to feature two twin over twin bunks, two single twin beds one queen over queen bunk, an in-room vanity and additional double shower bathroom.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
"Sea Breeze" has direct beach access with a private boardwalk!

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Spring Break 2025

"This house is every bit as nice as the pictures show...if not better!!! Seriously, we had 5 families and approximately 25 people in total and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. The decor/finishes in the house really set it apart from other rentals. The beach is amazing with very few neighbors. We are accustomed to rentals with three rows of chairs and hundreds people. This beach almost felt private! Holiday Beach Rentals went out of their way to communicate frequently and were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. This is the best rental experience that I have had in a very long time!!!! FIVE STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a gem!

"My extended family enjoyed a get-together at the Sea Breeze that just ended yesterday. This is by far the nicest property we've rented. The cost was just a bit higher than other properties of similar size, but we were happy to pay it to stay in such a luxuriously furnished place. The gas range is a good example with 6 burners, a griddle and two ovens. The kitchen has a large sub-zero fridge plus an under-counter fridge for drinks, two sinks, two dishwashers, an ice machine, quality silverware. The size of the 2nd floor living area with a large dining area and well-appointed kitchen, plus a beautiful deck was over the top. When you add the game room downstairs with billiards, foosball and a kitchenette we used as a bar, plus the pool deck, we were so much more than satisfied. Communication was always good with Holiday Beach Rentals. A week prior to the rental, we are able to arrange a viewing at the property and were able to see the inventory of dishes, pans and kitchen utensils. We were told to call the office if we needed any additional items and they would try to make it happen for us. We received text messages at the appropriates times during our stay to notify of us garbage pickup the next morning, checkout procedures, etc. Great attitude. Other features we enjoyed were that each of the bedrooms has its own private bath, with two additional 1/2 baths to accommodate the game room and the great room. What's not to like? Nothing. It's a great property with a winning management team.

Beach Retreat 2024

"Seabreeze was a great house for our annual beach retreat (15th year) with our ladies ministry group. This year we had 35 ladies so the number of beds fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we have ever had, we cook all our meals in so we had what we needed. The house was clean and we were all pleased with it. One suggestions is putting a refrigerator in the 1st floor den/kitchenette area. We made many trips to buy food due to only one frig. The mini refrigerators for the drinks and water helped. We are putting this house on our list to check for availability for next years trip.

Beautiful home on the west end!

"The home is beautiful, with high end appliances, beautiful tile work, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, a pool, and awesome views! There was plenty of room to spread out and enough seating for meals. There are 2 ice makers in the home and this was certainly handy for filling our coolers for the beach. The bedrooms and attached bathrooms gave us the privacy needed. Our trip included 4 generations of my family. The management company was great to work with and very responsive when we ran into any issues. I would not hesitate to book this property again!

A large, incredible, super clean home that will exceed your expectations!

"Second time renter here! Seabreeze is the perfect place to have our 25-member family – 12 adults/13 kids (ages 1-11) under one roof. Jaw dropping interior no matter what room you’re in. Views from the house were incredible. Every room having a bathroom, one room with two, and two half-baths worked well for us. The two primary suites are incredible, the bunk bed room is so fun. The open concept kitchen, dining room (two large tables + barstools), and living room is perfect to have us all hanging out in one room! Kitchen has just one refrigerator (but also 3 drink fridges), no pantry but Holiday Beach Rental was very accommodating making space for us in the cabinets. They are definitely there to please! Cassandra is awesome. She even bought a few things for the house we needed in the kitchen. The quiet and peaceful beachfront is incredible. Right out your door and down the boardwalk. Heated pool was a plus for our grandkids. Know ahead of time that the Kamado Joe grill on the deck cooks very slow. Everyone was super happy to be there! The beautiful, relaxing atmosphere of the house lent to a calming feel among a large family like ours! We hired PCBeach Memories (Kay) to capture our memories. She’s such an experienced photographer who worked well with our large family. The pictures are stunning! Seabreeze is a large, incredible, super clean home that will exceed your expectations! Holiday Beach Rentals are extremely easy to work with.

"When another rental company canceled our work retreat 6 days before the trip, we were blessed to find this house available for our dates! Holiday Beach Rentals was AMAZING!!! We had to reschedule everything with short notice and they handled the beach chairs and beach bonfire for us and they were awesome! They had the chairs out early in the morning and left them out til evening. The bonfire was gorgeous and well-appointed! They were also so nice and all of our interactions with them were friendly and upbeat! The house was GORGEOUS! The pool overlooks the ocean and the living room kitchen was so beautiful! Beautiful views everywhere you turn and comfortable beds and rooms. We had 32 adults and everyone loved it. We had a fantastic time!

"What a house, what a location!! House is top notch, large, beautiful, tastefully decorated, AMAZING views, awesome pool. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for large gatherings, great bunk room for kids (with 2 sinks and 2 showers), first floor game/TV/hangout room with sink, ice machine, dishwasher, bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, large stove and refrigerator. TV room and dining room are amazing for large groups - location is perfect - super chill and quiet - away from the craziness of Rosemary and Panama City but easy drive if you want to visit - we felt like we had the beach to ourselves during the day - . "My amazing company rented this beach house for the weekend for all of our team mates to gather for an employee retreat. This hose was awesome. So beautiful and accommodating. We had more than enough space for the ones that stayed in the house and we had enough space for those team mates that came to eat and spend time together. The rooms were all beautiful, spacious, clean, organized, and nicely decorated. I recommend this home to anyone with big families or small events. The pool was stunning and the EGG cooker was a major plus.

"The house itself is extremely well appointed with quite a bit of consideration put into the layout and amenities. We had around 20 people and it never felt crowded. The very few and very minor issues were handled extremely quickly buy the company with an amazing here-to-serve attitude. Will definitely book again!
