"Pier Park Paradise" by Holiday Beach Rentals, is a beachfront home located on the West end of Panama City Beach. Just a short walk to some of the best shopping, restaurants and attractions in Pier Park! This beachfront home features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with a private beachside pool, private boardwalk and stunning ocean views from every angle (including the balcony bed swings)!

Just inside from the pool deck on the first floor is a seating area with flat screen TV, pullout queen sofa bed, foosball table and full bathroom. It's perfect for hanging out inside while still having an open view of the pool and grilling area. The sliding glass door opens up to an 8x12 private pool and has surrounding lounge chairs, outdoor games plus an outdoor charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal).
On the second floor is the main living/dining/kitchen area. You can see the entire coastline from every window/glass door on this level with the open-concept Feng shui. There is also a full open-air balcony just off this space. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, dishware and utensils to accommodate everyone for all meals and the dining tables seat up to 12 people with an additional 5 at the eat-in bar. There are two bedrooms located right off of the kitchen which include a king bedroom and bunk room (the bunk room has a queen over queen and twin over twin set). The king room has its own private en-suite and the bunk room shares its bathroom with the main living space.
The top floor features a washer and dryer set as well as the remaining bedrooms of the home. On the beachside are two separate king rooms, each with their own private en-suites and a shared furnished balcony. The opposite side of this floor has a queen over king bunk bed with its own private en-suite as well.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Perfect Beachfront House

"This is our second time staying at Pier Park Paradise, and it won't be our last. Pier Park Paradise is exactly that .... Paradise! Steps to the beach, this house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has all the wonderful (and unexpected) amenities you'd want in a beach rental. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the items you need. The coffee machine wasn't working properly on our first morning. I texted management and they had a new one to us within the hour. Thank you!! The home is clean and updated, and a huge plus for us was the downstairs ice maker! We loved sitting on the large swing on the upper floor balcony; incredible views from all levels. We would recommend this home to anyone, it's a true gem!!

Beautiful stay at Pier park paradise!

"Our family loved everything about our stay here! From communication with office staff, to decor, cleanliness of the home, furnishings, and location. Everything was wonderful! We celebrated our birthdays there and the birthday package was a perfect addition to our stay. Our kids loved the game room, and the plunge pool was great to have when the ocean was off limits due to rip currents. We will definitely come back! Top notch!

Pier Park Paradise lives up to its name!

"We have been taking an annual ladies beach trip for over 15 years. We have stayed in a variety of beach houses between Destin, 30A, Rosemary and Inlet Beach areas. We hesitantly ventured east into west Panama City Beach this year. We have zero regrets! Pier Park Paradise is the best house we have ever rented, hands down. It is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything provided that anyone could need. The location is perfect and while close and convenient to many restaurants and entertainment, the beach front is private because it sits amongst other private homes. Not only was the house amazing and perfect, the staff at Holiday Beach Rentals were all so kind and helpful. We all agreed that we will return next year if available and that we have found our new beach home and rental company. Thank you for a perfect vacation!

Amazing Beach House, Perfect Location

"This beach house was perfect for our family vacation! The 3-story layout was ideal for the eight of us. The décor of the home was bright and beachy; it was clean, comfortable, and just steps to the water. The kitchen had all the essentials you would expect, and the ice machine on the main floor was a huge plus! The pool was a big draw for us, it was used often in the evenings and the temperature was optimal. The hanging swing on the third floor balcony was so comfortable and gave an amazing view of the beach. The home is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and the shopping area located by the pier. We had a perfect stay at Pier Park Paradise and would highly recommend it to others!

Perfectly located beautiful rental

"The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy with family. Beach was quiet despite location close to the pier and near bigger condos. Only mild traffic noise heard on the weekend nights being right on the strip by pier park. Definitely recommend this home!
