"On Tide Time" by Holiday Beach Rentals, is a lovely beachfront home featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. This home is located on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach, this beachfront home features upscale furnishings and finishes, private beachfront pool, beach boardwalk, fully equipped kitchen & wet bar and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.

On the main floor is an open concept living area which includes your dining, living room, wet bar, fireplace, kitchen and a half bathroom in the hallway. The sliding glass doors open up to a 10x20 beachfront private pool with a built-in sun shelf. A few steps from the pool is your beach boardwalk which takes you directly down to the coastline. Also located on this floor is a king room with private en-suite.
Up the stairs, on the second floor is the remainder of the sleeping accommodations. On the street side is a queen over queen bunk room and just down the hallway is a room featuring 2 twin over twin bunks, each of these bedrooms have their own private en-suites. On the beach side is a spacious king master suite with double vanity en-suite and furnished walkout balcony overlooking the white sandy beaches. For added convenience, there is also a washer and dryer set on this floor.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

Your pool is heated! The pool heating system can warm the water up to approximately 85 degrees. This feature must be activated by our team, so please let us know prior to your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
You have beach access through a boardwalk leading directly from the house!

A 7-night minimum stay is required during the following peak season dates:

Summer 2027: May 29, 2027 – July 31, 2027 (Saturday to Saturday stays)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Breathtaking view and perfect for families!

"We were impressed with the cozy, homey feel as soon as we stepped in the door. Breathtaking view from so many areas of the home was perfect. We came on a whim to escape the winter weather. Our third baby’s first beach trip was one for the books while staying at On Tide Time. With the ease of beach access and private heated pool, our other two kids were thoroughly impressed and entertained! Being steps away from the water was magical! The design and layout of the home was spectacular! Every room has a private Ensuite…just wow!! The master spa even had a “porthole” window to overlook the beautiful beach scene while getting ready! We will definitely be back and all three ladies I spoke with at Holiday Beach Rentals were so pleasant and helpful during our stay. We even added an extra night, because we enjoyed ourselves so much! "This is our 4th time staying at this beach house. We love the service and reliability of Holiday!!! Our pool was dirty/cloudy on the 3rd day and they came out immediately to clean it. This house is right on the beach, and my kids loved the heated pool. The beach chair service is awesome and makes the easy private boardwalk trip to the beach so easy. Love this place. Will be back.

Incredible As Always

"This was our 3rd time in the past year in the house and once again it was nothing short of perfection. We opted in for the grocery delivery and the beach chair service, which was a game changer. Walking into a house after a day of travel to a fully stocked fridge and pantry makes you feel some type of way. I will be doing that every time moving forward. Such a nice house that is very well kept and always blows us away. We will continue to keep coming and using Holiday Beach Rentals for our vacations. Everyone in the office is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. Cannot say enough good things about Holiday Beach Rentals or On Tide Time. Great place

"Comfortable home. Clean and tidy. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and convenient. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Loved the location. Sand shower was a nice addition. It was windy with no swimming in the ocean during our trip so we loved having the pool. The only negative was supplying our own trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and all cooking supplies, even salt and pepper. It was a lot to purchase for a few days and then was wasted. Overall great stay, definitely recommend.

Phenomenal Beach House

The house is always spotless when checking in and the holiday beach rental staff has been nothing short of amazing on both trips. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to cook a great meal. "It’s a perfect house for two small families or one large single family. Great pool, views, and room to keep your distance or gather together in the main living space. Easy walk to the beach. Our TV had an issue during the final 4 basketball tourney and they responded immediately with a brand new TV. We have stayed with Holiday Beach Rental our last 10 trips and many other companies before that, Michelle , Joyce and the team are the best in the business.

"This property is in a great location, between Panama City Beach and Rosemary but far enough from both to feel like you're in a small beach town. We were able to easily walk to Thomas Donuts or the local Carousel market in the morning. The house and it's views are breathtaking. It was our first time staying at a house directly on the beach like this so our review may be a bit skewed, but even on the one cloudy day that we had, it was still great. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to possibly staying here again.

"This wonderful house was just steps off the beach and minutes from great food and fun. The kitchen made you want to cook ! Which we made appetizers for the first College games. The hot tub was wonderful at night (the pool is heated also) There was even a bedroom on the main floor with a walk-in shower that this Nana appreciated. We plan to visit again! Great getaway

"This is a fairly new home that is perfect for a family(there's 5 of us). I don't think I have any negative things to say about the house, other than the fact that it's equipped with a charcoal grill, which made outdoor cooking a little more challenging(First world problem). It's wonderful to be able to go from beach to pool and it's a very short walk, should you need to grab something from the house. We were so comfortable staying in most nights that I have reluctantly force my family to go out for dinner. Don't worry about the Christian Retreat next door. This area is quiet and everyone on the beach is very respectful and courteous. Management is very prompt to our problem and the place is weĺl maintained. 2 requests that will make future guests more comfortable: a gas bbq and beach towels(takes up alot of our luggage space)

Fun Family Beach Trip

"We stayed in this property for a week with our two grown children, our son-in-law and our 2 grandsons (2.5 yrs and 9 mo). We thought this home was perfect! As everyone else has said, the view from the pool is SPECTACULAR! We loved the easy access to the beach and being able to go back and forth quickly between house and beach for drinks/food/kid naps as needed. Watching others (who obviously weren't staying beachfront) hauling in massive amounts of stuff to the beach daily made me so thankful for our location. And having our own pool was wonderful when we needed a break from the sand (important when you have a baby that can’t yet walk). We picked this home bc the pool bc has a shallow end (“a layout shelf”) that the two little kiddos could hang out in that is about a foot of water deep. We were grateful for this shelf more than anything else bc of the kids.. though adults can sit there too!. Some people have said the pool seemed small but we did not find it small AT ALL for the 7 of us. The interior is beautiful and clean. The kitchen has ample supplies (dishes/glassware/pots). I encourage you to bring spices bc as it says you will find no food items like that in the home. We needed a blender and we inquired about it and they actually brought us a new one! (The management company was very responsive to questions/concerns). With plenty of kitchen items, we actually ate several meals in bc of the little kids. There is a Publix grocery store about 3 miles west (so you can avoid the busy Walmart in PCB). There WERE some restaurants close by though we rarely ate out bc of the kids (only a few fast food meals). The home is definitely west of the hustle and bustle of PCB (which we liked being away from it) but it was close enough to the restaurants - both local and fast food - and bars if you desire that. We used the option of having beach chairs and umbrellas delivered to the beach every day. They arrived by 8am and were removed by 5pm daily (so you cannot use them in the evenings). We also used a company to rent baby equipment (BabyQuip) which worked out great. We rented a crib, gate, high chair, booster seat, a bed rail and a large bag of beach toys which all got daily use. We also rented an “outdoor play pen” from them that got less use. They conveniently delivered and picked up the items for us. There is an older facility that needs painting right next door to the east of the property that churches use for camps, but even though there were a few people staying there, it didn't impact us in any way. There are 2 homes to the west that are the exact same as this home except slightly different layouts. They all 3 share the same street address but are lettered A,B and C. I wondered if having neighbors so close by would bother me but it wasn't a problem at all. You DO share the outdoor shower with the home right next door but, again, it wasn't a problem. The sunset watching from the patio or from the beach every night is amazing. The upper porch off the master is a wonderful hangout. The pool has only 2 loungers by it but there is a couch in the shade for more seating. The pool alarm was easy to get the hang of and was also very reassuring bc of the kids. We loved our vacation and we all said more than once that, everything considered, we were so grateful that of all the properties we considered renting that we choose this one. We would definitely rent this beautiful beachfront property again.

Wonderful Beach House

"We had a great time at this property. The house is beautiful, spacious & fully stocked with cookware plus an outdoor charcoal grill. There are multiple grocery stores within a few miles of the house. We loved having access to both the beach & a swimming pool. I also liked that the deck had plenty of both sun & shade. If traveling with toddlers/small children, I would definitely bring or borrow a baby gate or 2 to block off the flight of 19 stairs, otherwise you won’t be able to relax. The pool alarm is also a great feature if you have small kids or individuals with special needs. There is a button that must be pushed each time the back door opens or an alarm will sound within seconds. We would definitely return!

"The home is in great shape and comes well appointed and stocked with all essentials. The pool was great (especially heated due to cooler weather). The boardwalk and outdoor shower were great for beach access. Very easy check-in and check-out. The home was very well cleaned. We did not have any issues with the property. Just note that during the month of March, PCB does not allow alcohol on the beach.
