"Hammerhead" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a luxury beachfront home, featuring 9 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, a private beachfront pool, and ample space to accommodate everyone in your group! This home is located on the west end of Panama City Beach which offers a quiet and relaxing vacation experience.

Upon opening the front door, you are greeted with a quant seating area, flat screen TV and foosball table. The first bedroom is a little further to the left which features a twin over twin bunk as well as twin over queen bunk with shared en-suite including a small urinal. If you continue down the hallway you can catch a glimpse of your private pool area as well as the beautiful Emerald Coast from your sliding glass doors. The open concept kitchen/dining room/ living room on this floor is set up for everyone to gather, with 2 dining room tables, 2 refrigerators, 2 couches and large flat screen TV.
The second floor of this home features another open concept kitchen/dining/living room with seating for 7 at the table and 5 at the bar as well as a walkout balcony offering pristine beachfront views of the rolling waves. Also located on this floor are two additional bedrooms, one with a twin over queen bunk and another with a king bed, both have their own private en-suites. There is also a half bathroom located on this level as well as the first washer/dryer set.
The third-floor features 4 additional bedrooms, a queen over twin bunk room and 3 king rooms, all with private en-suites. One of the 3 king rooms is the beachfront king master suite that will not disappoint, with its own indoor seating area and furnished outdoor walkout balcony, it also features a massive private en-suite with separate shower and soaking tub. The other 2 king rooms are located on the street side of the home. Also on this level is the second washer/dryer set.
As you complete the tour on the fourth floor, there is a small seating/loft area right as you come off the stairs, to the left and right are additional bedrooms featuring uniquely designed bunk bedrooms with private en-suites. The bunk bedroom on the street side of the home has 2 twin over twin bunk beds and 2 single twin beds on each side of the bunks. On the beach side is 1 queen bed with 4 twin beds and a walkout balcony.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
"Hammerhead" has direct beach access through a shared boardwalk with one of other rental houses right next door, "Great White".

A 7-night minimum stay is required during the following peak season dates:

Summer 2027: May 29, 2027 – July 31, 2027 (Saturday to Saturday stays)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

LOVED this house!

The ice maker was the BEST! We’ve never been to the beach without running out of ice, but not this year! The multiple kitchens and refrigerators were also a HUGE help! It even has multiple ovens too. One refrigerator has filtered water so that can save on buying water bottles. It has PLENTY of places to sleep. The outside area is so nice and cozy. We sat outside a lot and grilled. Not too long of a walk to the beach either. The AC works VERY well! We’ve been in houses before where the air was not great and that makes for a miserable time.

3 things people need to know but is NOT a deal breaker…
1. lots of stairs to climb inside the house but we knew this going in to it because it’s a 4 story house.
2.Across the street is a youth retreat camp, so a lot of teens and preteens on the beach at certain times of the day. They did NOT bother us, but just something to know going into it.
3. We did Walmart plus, door dash a lot, so when giving the address, be sure to include the house address plus A because the house next door has the same address but theirs is B. We had a couple of mixups with deliveries, but again- no big deal.

The rooms are spacious and EVERY room including bunk rooms have an adjoining bathroom which was a plus for us! Parking is spacious- we fit 7 vehicles. Garbage ran 3 times a week which was helpful. Cornhole boards are already at this location, so you don’t have to pack those. The beds were comfortable which always helps with a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again. The managing company was good about sending reminders out about garbage day and asking if our stay was going well.

Amazing Family Vacation

"We had an amazing family vacation. It was 13 of us and the house was perfect, we even had extra rooms left. Perfect house to have a great time together but also some privacy since the house was super spacious. The house was well organized and had everything we needed. So Comfortable for our Family

The house was comfortable enough to fit our large family, and the beachfront location was amazing. The host was very quick to respond and made everything smooth, especially since this was such a last-minute reservation. I still can’t believe we found this place available on short notice. The only bad part was not being able to stay longer, we originally wanted 4 nights! We already want to book again in the future.

"This huge house is awesome! It totally felt like home. The two kitchens are a win! The pool was super fun. We had a few issues with appliances and they were super fast to get things taken care of right away! The neighborhood is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Being right on the beach made for glorious sun set views! Overall we all really enjoyed our stay and the house was wonderful! Would highly recommend it to any large family or group looking to have a fun, clean, comfy, gathering place!

Absolutely Beautiful!

"We were suppose to be in Siesta for fall break and due to the hurricane, we had to find a new place. We saw this one online and couldn't have been happier with our decision to rent this one for the week! . We loved the floor plan and enough bedrooms and baths for all of us. Two kitchens and a lg flat screen for each room plus kid friendly. Home was right on the beech and wonderful location! It was a great vacation!!!!

Beautiful and large beachfront home

"Hammerhead was a beautiful home that was perfect for our group of 18. The rooms were situated nicely to accommodate families with small kids and we really appreciated that every bedroom had its own full bath! The double kitchen was convenient too, though we didn’t use the 2nd floor one as much as we would have liked. The staff at holiday beach rentals were also great. They responded right away to inquires before and during our trip and sent maintenance asap for some minor issues. I would highly recommend staying at Hammerhead and using this rental company!

Amazing House!

"Our family of 13 just stayed at Hammerhead and I can't say enough great things about this house. We loved the proximity to the beach and all the amenities the house had to offer. The first floor kitchen was the main gathering place and it was very well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable, tons of space to spread out and the high ceilings kept noise from traveling from floor to floor. The house next door is very close but there was a privacy shield so it never felt like we were on top of each other. I would definitely recommend this house and stay in it again.

"The house sleeps 31 and we brought 31. There was plenty of space for everyone. We never felt crowded. Awesome beach and sunset views. The hot tub and pool were perfect for late afternoon soaking. The two kitchens and living areas gave adults and kids separate living spaces. Perfect for our gathering. I would definitely book this house again, But be prepared for stairs.

Fantastic House

"We had a very large group of five families and the house was more than large enough for everyone to have their own space. It is absolutely beautifully appointed and decorated. We loved the pool and the direct access to the beach. Some days were busier than others on the beach but we never felt crowded. Two kitchens is really convenient when you have a group our size. We hope to rent this property again next year. We didn't want to leave.

"Our stay at the Hammerhead was amazing! Taylor was extremely helpful days before our stay until the day we left! We had 6 families, 30 people total, and the house fit us perfectly! With two kitchens and two living rooms, we never felt overly crowded! The house was very well equipped with everything we needed, including two washer/dryers. Anytime we had a problem (there weren't many), maintenance was there to repair it. The only downfall (not really a downfall to us) was the amount of kids on the beach from the Christian Retreat Center, although they were very polite and respectful. They would even come join our group in volleyball games. They were great, it was just a lot of people some days, and some days not as many! All in all, we had a great time and made lots of memories with our friends and family!

Great House!

"The house is great. It is well equipped with kitchen supplies and towels in the bathrooms. It would have been nice to have some basic items like coffee filters and very basic spices in the house but they are upfront about needing to bring your own. We loved having the pool right on the beach and a short boardwalk right down to the beach.

"19 people in our extended family and everyone enjoyed a very comfortable stay. We even met some "friends for life" who were staying at the adjoining property. Were we pleased with Hammerhead. Very much so that we are planning a return stay next year.
