Welcome to Coastal Haven by Holiday Beach Rentals, this stunning vacation rental boasts 9 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, accommodating up to 21 guests. Nestled on the serene west end of Panama City Beach, it sits just across the street from the beach, offering easy access to the beautiful shoreline.

First Floor:Step into luxury as you enter the first floor, where entertainment and relaxation blend seamlessly. Enjoy movie nights in the custom-built theater room or gather in the main living, kitchen, and dining area. From here, access the furnished pool deck, featuring an outdoor dining area, private heated pool with a resort-style spa, a putting green, cornhole game, outdoor lounge area with electric fireplace and wet bar + an outdoor full bathroom with walk-in shower. You'll also find a convenient half bath, the first washer and dryer set and another full bathroom attached to the theater room on this floor.
Second Floor:The adventure continues on the second floor, where you'll discover five beautifully decorated bedrooms. Four of these feature large, king beds, each with its own private en-suite and walk-in showers. The fifth bedroom is a queen/queen bunk room with a private en-suite featuring a shower/tub combo. Additionally, there's a second washer and dryer set on this floor, as well as a spacious recreational area equipped with shuffleboard, pool table, chess game and a small kitchenette. Attached to the living area is a private study with two desks and chairs for those requiring a quiet space while on vacation.
Third Floor:On the third and final floor, you'll find the last four bedrooms. Three of these stunning bedrooms feature king beds, each equipped with a private en-suite and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom features a twin/queen bunk bed with a private en-suite. Another washer/dryer set is conveniently located on this floor as well.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is an additional fee and is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. Contact our Reservations Team for pricing.
The Beach! This home is located across the street from the beach. There is a public beach access, Beach Access 86, located directly across from the home.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Breathtaking home in Panama City Beach

"My first impression of this home was truly breathtaking. From the spacious kitchen to the main living area, no detail was overlooked. The convenience of a laundry room on each floor, along with a private bathroom in every bedroom, was a major plus. While we did encounter a few maintenance issues some of which were addressed promptly and others that could not be resolved, I genuinely appreciated the host’s consistent communication and willingness to help resolve our concerns.

"My wife and I took our 6 married kids & spouses for a week of sun and fun - and Coastal Haven checked all of our boxes. With 7 king beds w/ensuite baths we each had our private spaces. The main kitchen/living/dining area provided plenty of room for the 14 of us to gather, play games, tell stories, and laugh until we cried. The back yard/deck area gave us outside space for relaxing and one evening of Kenji Hibachi Catering with a personal chef, great food and an entertaining show. During the week, Holiday Beach Rentals was very responsive to all of our needs. 5 stars for them. Not as a complaint, but rather as a note, the mattresses are all very "soft". And the pool and spa are beautiful and clean, but know that the water temperature is limited to about 90 degrees, which is probably pleasant on a hot summer evening, but a little too cool for a relaxing fall/winter night.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

"Our stay at *Coastal Haven* was nothing short of amazing! The house was incredibly spacious and perfectly suited for our group of multiple families traveling together. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax, yet the shared spaces made it easy to come together and enjoy quality time. One of our favorite spots in the house was the movie room – it was a fantastic hangout for both kids and adults after a long day in the sun. The outdoor pool was also a huge hit, especially in the afternoons when we wanted to cool off and unwind after spending time at the beach. A highlight of the trip was the beach bonfire. The setup was flawless, and it created such a memorable evening for the whole family. Another standout feature was the grocery delivery service. It was such a game changer to arrive and have everything we needed already stocked and ready to go. It allowed us to start relaxing and vacationing immediately without the hassle of running errands. Overall, *Coastal Haven* was the ideal beach retreat for our families. From the thoughtful amenities to the relaxing atmosphere, everything was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing vacation home

"Amazing Home , modern , luxurious, lots of space . We were 4 family's , all of us had private bedroom with private bathrooms . Huge kitchen with all what you can need. Nice pool and hut tub (kids enjoyed it every day ) . Beach is just on other side of the road . Recommend 100% . Don't thinks just book a stay here. You will not regret even a second . 🥰

Luxury family beach home

"This is our first time staying at this property, which my whole extended family was impressed with how well kept and modern the house was. There were plenty of amenities that made staying here very enjoyable such as a private pool, each bedroom having its own bathroom, large kitchen and opened living room space. It is a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this house and will likely rent it again in the future if coming with a large family.

"Upscale house with private bedrooms And baths for our entire family of 14…,beautiful decor and comfortable beds !! The heated pool and spa was awesome ! The staff is amazing too! We booked again for next year !! My family is very happy and can’t wait to enjoy again next year! Recommend doing bonfire it was so much fun!!

FANTASTIC

"Wow, what a place! The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had all the bells and whistles. It would have been even better if there was an outdoor pool table. We didn’t use the game room to its fullest extent because it was on the second floor and we spent the majority of the time downstairs and outside, but that’s a minor observation. Although it seemed a little pricey upon first observation, by week’s end it seemed more like a bargain. Our host was very responsive to a problem or two we had. Beach access was fantastic and we were close to some excellent restaurants. The best experience was the fire pit on the beach, It rocked! You can’t go wrong with this one. Well worth the price.

Extremely Spacious

"Extremely spacious; we took the family with kids that ranged from 2-19; and adults ; there was plenty of space that we had our own separate space; the pool area was amazing! host was easy to get to and very responsive! the beach access was directly across from the house! the street was 2 lane cross over with not a lot of traffic; it was peaceful away from town but close enough to load up a car and go!! Loved the home; it was beautiful; would recommend another trash can; enjoyed the stay and felt right at home!

"This is the beach house of my dreams! We took the whole family and they loved every inch of the house. All the bedroom are so beautifully decorated and the beds we so comfortable. We loved hanging out by the pool when we'd get tired of the beach, and we loved playing pool or watching movies when it got too hot. Everything about this home was lovely.
