"Coastal Dreaming" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a luxury beachfront vacation home. It has 9 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms and features amenities such as an outdoor private pool, indoor recreational/game room and stunning beachfront views on every level!

As you walk through the front door you'll see the first two bedrooms featuring king beds, each with their own private bathrooms. If you continue down the main hallway (towards the beach side of the home), you will enter the recreational room which includes a kitchenette, pool table and large seating area with flat screen TV. This area also leads out to the private outdoor pool deck offering amazing views of the Emerald Coast, take a dip and relax in the pool while your dinner cooks on the grill. For convenience there is a full bathroom with walk-in shower located outside right next to the pool. Also located on the first floor is a washer and dryer set.
Step on up to the second floor to the main open concept living room/dining room/fully equipped kitchen. The views from this area are absolutely stunning and with a walkout balcony to access the fresh salt air at any time, you won't miss a thing. Also located on this floor are two additional bedrooms featuring king beds with their own private bathrooms.
As soon as you come off the stairway on the third floor you will see the entertainment room with comfortable seating and second kitchenette area (all in one)! Also located on this floor are three additional bedrooms - two beachfront king master suites and one bunk room featuring two twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). The king rooms have their own private en-suite bathrooms and the twin bunk room has a separate full bathroom right across from the room. This floor also has the second washer and dryer set.
The last stop on the tour is the fourth floor which features a large beachfront master king suite with walkout balcony and private bathroom. On the street side of the house is a large loft-style bedroom which has four queen-size beds (sleeps 8).

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
You have direct access to the beach with a private boardwalk!

Coastal Dreaming requires a 7-night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below: 2026

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Perfect Beach House for Large Families

"Great place to host large family gatherings. We only had 10 but with 6 kids it was perfect! So much space! We had Mr. Hibachi come cook on the porch overlooking the beach and it made for amazing memories! Will definitely be back.

"This house is right on the sand , and my family and I are from Chile South America, we leave in the coast . Love the ocean , and this was a dreaming house for us . I’m a chef , and cooking in that amazing full equipped kitchen it was a great experience . The manager is very polite and helpful, the communication was always present .

"Coastal Dreaming is absolutely as fabulous as the pictures. The house is very spacious with enough areas for our group to spread out and gather together for meals. The kitchen is the very best stocked kitchen I've seen out of all the houses we have rented in Panama City Beach. There is literally more than enough dishes, pots and pans, glasses, etc. to make a feast. We enjoyed the beach along with the decks facing the beach. I would recommend this property to any large group looking for luxury and convenience for your stay! Highly recommend!!

Great Experience

"We stayed at Coastal Dreaming, we had a party of 18. The house was perfect for this size. We were able to have everyone have a room. The rooms were very clean and well sized. There are 2 kitchens, we used the main one for food and the one downstairs for drinks. The kids enjoyed hanging out and playing pool. The location was awesome. You walk 20 yards and you are on the beach. It was great sitting drinking coffee and watching the dophins play in the water. We did use the elevator, but very infrequently. We did have one issue with the house, but Holiday Beach Rentals was very quick at coming out to fix the issue. We would stay here again, we loved it

Wonderful family home

"We had a wonderful family vacation. Loved being right on the beach , great sunset views along with a pool for dipping as an alternative to the ocean. we had beautiful sunset views from the windows, spacious, wasn't crowded and the bottom family room was a special treat as the grandsons got to challenge Grandpa to a game of pool every night. I highly recommend this property.

"My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary with some of our friends and family and this home was perfect. We drove 6 hrs with a grill, plates, extra utensils, etc and didn’t need any of it because the home was extremely stocked with EVERYTHING!!! The elevator was included which was a big plus. I loved this home sooo much!!!

"Great stay for our large family group loved the layout with three families having king rooms with ocean views. Perfect for all ages as the pre teens loved the bunk beds and all the decor and everyone enjoyed the pool table and large TVs for football. The only thing I would change is having the listing show a more accurate pic for the pool size. The pool looks larger in pics than in person. Otherwise everything else was even better in person that pictured. Great overall stay

Beautiful View

"This property is so big and comfy at the same time. We were 7 families and have plenty of rooms for everyone. One of my favorite amenities was the elevator, I picked a room on the 4th floor so I was very happy when I found out the house had a working elevator, also my 91 years old grandmother was with us my broken leg brother too so it was very helpful. We have a family tradition to go to a beach house every year. This was our 2nd year renting with Holliday Beach Rentals and hope for many more. Great properties and excellent customer service.

Amazing!

"The most amazing house! No detail is forgotten! The elevator made loading and unloading so easy! The first floor kitchen was a great landing spot and some fun pool was played. The 2nd level kitchen is stunning and where we shared every meal. We had chefs do dinner a few nights and the set up was perfect. The kids went to the 3rd floor movie room after dinner! The kids rooms were all great and loved the decor! The sunset views were amazing. Having the pool at the house was super convenient and a nice change. The beach is stunning, the access is easy, and the location on the beach can’t be beat. We will be back annually! This home is very special!

Wonderful Beach Front Home – June 2022

"Our family of 22 loved this spacious and well-appointed beachfront home for the week. It was easy for us to all be together in one space while also feeling you could retreat to a quiet area of the home for some peace and quiet when needed. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for preparing huge family meals each evening. Two refrigerator/freezer units made it easy to hold all the groceries/beer. The charcoal based "Red" Egg came in handy for grilling all of the fish we caught on a guided trip while there. The bedrooms were were comfortably equipped with quality linens/pillows etc. Like most VRBO's I've rented, there is limited storage space to stow away your clothes/gear while there so you live out of your suitcase. The owner should also consider installing more bathroom and exterior hooks for hanging up wet towels or bathing suits etc. Overall, the best part of the experience was dealing with the property manager, Holiday Beach Rentals. Before arrival they communicated via phone/text and email as well as texted with me throughout the stay. We had some minor toilet/door issues while there which were resolved within hours by the management team. They seemed eager to go to great lengths to ensure we had a relaxing stay. Our family frequently vacations along the 30A corridor and have stayed in nearly 10 homes or so over the past decade. Everyone loved Coastal Dreaming and we will definitely consider this home again next year.

"Everyone loved the house and it’s amazing for a large group/family. Everything was beautifully decorated and the location was very close to entertainment and restaurants! Tons of pros: Ample space with gorgeous views Plenty of kitchen items Plenty of seating for dining Lovely decks and patio furniture Beds are comfortable Pool table was a hit Kids enjoyed the pool Media room was awesome Ice maker was great to have Two sets of washer/dryer helped a lot! Only a few cons: Showers leaked and had mildew Grill was a bit small.
