Bare Feet by Holiday Beach Rentals is located on the West End of Panama City Beach, directly across from the World's Most Beautiful Beaches! With spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, this 3,300 square ft. beach house sleeps up to 20 guests.

Bare Feet invites you to have a great vacation from the minute you walk in the door. You can choose to relax by the private pool, cook up a feast on the outdoor charcoal grill, or watch the sun fade away from one of your private decks (the beautiful white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are a spectacular sight).
As you enter the home on the first floor, you will see a small living area including table and chairs plus a flat screen TV. The side door leads straight out to your private yard which has your outdoor pool, grilling area, and outdoor dining for 6 as well. Also located on the first floor is your first bedroom featuring two twin over full bunk beds and a shared en-suite.
Head up the stairs to the second floor, and you'll notice an exceptional open floor plan featuring a living area/dining area and kitchen layout. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all of the dinnerware, cookware and utensils you will need to feel right at home. The large dining room table can seat up to 12 guests, perfect for gathering the group for dinner plus an additional 7 barstools at the counter. The cozy living room is just to the side of the dining area with comfortable seating, a flat screen tv, and direct access to the second-floor walkout balcony. Enjoy the open space by opening the sliding glass doors and relaxing while lounging outside and catching a glimpse of the beautiful beach. Down the hall you have a half bathroom, washer and dryer laundry area, and a bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed with private en-suite.
Take the stairs to the top floor where you can relax in the common area, which has a futon couch and flat screen TV. Directly to the right of the stairs is a queen over king bunk bedroom with private en-suite and flat screen TV. Across the hall is another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV and en-suite. At the south end of the home near the beach are the two king master suites. Each of these rooms have their own private en-suite, flat screen TV's and best of all - direct access to a furnished walkout balcony. The sliding glass doors will lead guests to relaxation while taking in the sun and watching the waves across the street.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

There is public beach access directly across the street! We recommend renting a beach cart to help make the walk to the beach easy by holding everything from beach towels to beach toys and coolers plus everything in between. This is also something our personal concierge can assist with!

A 7-night minimum stay is required during the following peak season dates:

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

The Home was Stunning

"The home was stunning. we had great views of the ocean. It took less that 5 minutes from the front door to the sandy beach. We had a large group of family with us, we had plenty of room to all set and have meals together. And the home was spacious enough that everyone had enough room to spread out and have their own private space as well. The beds were comfortable with nice crisp white bedding. It had a nice pool the grand kids loved to swim in it. we enjoyed the cornhole and even grilled on the outdoor grill. The washer and dryer was a big help. One morning we woke up to no hot water, it was fixed within an hour. Over all it was a great vacation. We came for a beach vacation and this place delivered 100%!

"The place was beautiful and very spacious! It’s a good house for large families. You can’t beat the location and view. Steps from the beach. Wish the pool was bigger but beside from that it was the perfect house! The host was so easy in contact. You could either test or call them and they responded right away.

"We enjoyed our week at Bare Feet. The location is great, and the management company was quick to respond and address any concerns we had. My only suggestion is to add a second refrigerator downstairs. Since it is such a large house and guests will likely want to chill drinks and store ice (in addition to food), the property needs more than just the 1 counter-depth refrigerator.

"My family spent spring break 2023 at the bare feet home. The home is beautiful, clean, and a great location. Only minutes away from everything but in a quiet location. All of the rooms are big and spacious and has it’s own bathroom. Beautiful view, beach is only a few steps across the street. Check in was a breeze, I received all of the home details days before check in.

Fall Break 2022

"We had age range from 67 to 6 for our fall break family trip this year. Bare Feet provided plenty of bedrooms and space. Loved having private bathrooms with each bedroom. The second floor offered open kitchen, dining and living room space. Plenty of space for meals together. The beach was a very short and easy walk. You do cross a two lane road but we found the traffic to be walker friendly. Listed as Panama City but is closer to Sunnyside. Not as congested. We would definitely stay here again.

"Wow! This home was amazing! It slept my family comfortably!! My wedding was right across at beach access 84 which was a perfect view for the ones who couldnt access the beach!! All the guests for my wedding were amazed at this home!! The multiple balconies was perfect for the groomsmen and bridesmaids pictures! Watching the waves from the balcony was everything!! The pool was great. My kids loved the outside game by the pool. There is an alarm when opening the pool door which we loved because of safety! We knew anytime that door was opening! The kitchen was so big! We loved the dining table!! There is a laundry room as well which was quick at washing and drying! The beds were very comfortable! The driveway can fit multiple cars. There is also a wall map(not sure the correct name lol) that you can look up places to go. The rooms are very big and spacious!! Each room has it's own bathroom!! My stay was definitely amazing and cant wait to see my wedding video at this home. I will definitely stay here again!!! Holiday Beach Rentals was amazing and always responded quickly. They are very nice!! We didnt even want to leave!!!! My family is already looking into booking another family trip

Great Stay!

This was a great stay. The house is beautiful and the bed arrangements were perfect for our 20 people. Located always from all the big crowds but not too far. Everything was about 5-15 min away. The pool is a little small for that amount of people but the house is right across the street from the beach. Holiday Beach Rentals communicated very well from the time of booking until we departed.

"Great location, right across the street is a beach access. Only issue we had was finding the channels on the TV's. Instructions would help to know which remote to use and maybe what source input to be on. Everything was beautiful. If the tv, cable wires were not hanging down on bedroom walls, it would look perfect.

Family Vacation

"This house was perfect for our group. We had five families and all us adults each got a bedroom, plus we were able to have all the kids downstairs together. It was awesome they had their own area as well. We also each got our own bathroom. The location is directly across the street from the beach and because it's a public access entrance, there was nothing blocking our perfect view of the ocean. We loved the quiet area of the west end, and the house's amenities were amazing. We will probably stay here again.
