First Floor – Arrival & Outdoor Living

Just inside the entry, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms. A custom bunk suite with two twin-over-twin bunks comfortably accommodates up to four guests, while a king master suite offers a private retreat. Both feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Further down the hall, a relaxed recreation lounge welcomes you with a kitchenette, high-top table, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV with YouTube TV. This space opens directly to your private outdoor oasis—featuring a resort-style pool overlooking the Gulf, complete with an outdoor television for poolside entertainment. Daily beach chair service (four chairs and two umbrellas) is included, making your beachfront experience effortless.

Second Floor – Entertainment & Signature Master Suite

The second level introduces additional space for both relaxation and entertainment. A unique bunk room with a queen-over-king bunk sleeps up to four and includes a private en-suite.

Policies ↑↓

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Absolutely Loved Our Stay

"We absolutely loved our stay at “Awave From It All”. The house was gorgeous! We had at total of 14 people and it was so nice for everyone to have their own spaces. We really loved how every room had its own bathroom. The elevator did take a little getting used to, but once we figured it out it was great! The pool was so nice! We were able to spend lots of time in it since it was heated to 85 degrees. We also enjoyed our time on the beach. It was so nice to have the four beach chairs and two umbrellas included. We loved how they were set up and taken down every day.The kitchen is really well stocked with lots of cookware. It was nice having the two fridges and the two dishwashers with all the people we had. We did cook breakfast most days and it was really handy. As a side note, if you stay here, remember to bring salt, pepper, spices. We just ended up buying what we needed at Walmart/Publix/dollar tree. The sunsets were just gorgeous and we even got to see dolphins multiple times. Our Christmas was truly magical at “Awave From It All”. We really love PCB and can’t wait for our next stay!!

Annual Family Thanksgiving Trip

"What an incredible beach home! The home is well managed and well kept, especially impressive for the size of the home. The beds are super comfortable and there is plenty of space to spread out comfortably across the house when needed. Also, I think I successfully managed to catch every sunrise and sunset during our trip. It was absolutely beautiful and the weather was perfect. The access to the beach couldn't get any easier, but if you aren't feeling the beach the very well heated pool in cooler weather is an awesome alternative. We even got to watch the Iron Bowl (rolltide) from the pool thanks to the outdoor TV being right there! My family of 16 had an incredible visit and we hope to be back many more times!

Beautiful views!!

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at these beautiful beach houses! Our family is big, so we rented out both of them, and it worked out great!!! The only negative comment that we had, was that for so many guests and staying a full 7 days, there was not enough disposable items (only 1 roll of TP per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, and a small thing of dish soap)...it was not nearly enough for 7 days and 30 people, and we had to purchase several items. Aside from that though, Holiday Rentals was SO accommodating and quickly fixed any small issues that came up throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Family Beach Week

Perfect Family Vacation

"This property was perfect for our family vacation. There was 17 of us and it was the perfect size with ample room for all of us. The beach was beautiful and had the right amount of traffic for quiet relaxing times and beautiful for pictures. It’s not too far from activities. We went to do the dolphin jet ski tour at the Jetski Dolphin Adventures place on Bayshore Drive and had a great time with the staff and service. Definitely go check them out. The property management was very responsive when we needed anything and our chairs and umbrellas were always set out each day. The clear communication allowed us to plan ahead for necessities like paper towels and toilet paper. Just an amazing time overall.

"This was a family vacation of a lifetime. The attention to detail exceeded ALL of our first class vacation experiences. All 12 family members had their own space to chill and rejuvenate. The common areas on the first floor including the pool deck and the 4th floor kitchen/family room were terrific for reconnecting with family members. The daily beach setups included in the rental were perfect for our on the beach conclave. The home is situated perfectly in a residential area with mostly locals and no crowds. We'll be back !!! A family of 17!

"We spent a week with a family of 17 at this home. We had 8 children that ranged from 6 years old to 7 months. We have been renting beach homes ode over 25 years and this home was very well thought out in its floor plan . The four families each enjoyed their own floor with separate living spaces. We enjoyed the large spaces to be a large group but enjoyed having a separate space for each family to start and end the day . We utilized the TWO washer/dryer sets all week . The upstairs kitchen had TWO refrigerators and dishwashers and the “summer kitchen” on the pool level had a refrigerator and an ice machine ! Each morning we had chairs and umbrellas delivered and set up for us and then taken down in the evening . I think we were the only home that had this service and it was heavenly !

Great house!

"Great house! The house is large and had plenty of space for our large group of adults to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked which allowed us to cook all our meals at home (you do have to bring all your ingredients— oil, salt and pepper, etc). We loved being gulf-front. The house is on a quiet block, which just other houses, which meant the beach wasn’t crowded. The chair service and heated pool were nice pluses. Overall great experience and really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend.

"My family had a wonderful time at "Awave from it all" the space was large and roomy. My family loved the house, the individual rooms with ensuite bathrooms and being directly on the beach. The pool table and games were a big hit also. The owners kindly set up the chairs and umbrella's in the am and pm. That was super nice! The house had everything we needed for meal preparation. My only complaint was the 2nd floor was warmer than the other floors. Thank you for a wonderful home that delivered as advertised and it did not disappoint!

Family reunion for thanksgiving

"We had a wonderful stay at Awave From It All. The house was very large and easily hosted my family of 22. The view from the 4th floor living room was spectacular. The house was very clean upon arrival. We had a few issues while we were there and they were all addressed by Holiday Beach Rental staff within a timely manner. We noticed there were beach chairs and umbrellas set out each morning. Seeing as we did not choose to purchase that service we did not use them. It wasn’t until we were on our way home and I was reviewing some stuff did I see that our rental included the beach chairs. One suggestion I have is to have a bigger oven and stove. For as huge as the house is and as many people that it can accommodate, the oven and stove were very undersized. We very much enjoyed our time at the house. Spent a lot of time at the beach and in the pool.

Perfect house

"This was the perfect beach house for large families / groups. We especially loved it being right on the beach, having a small pool, the priceless view from the 4th floor main living space, and each bedroom having a full bathroom. The neighborhood /area seemed a little run down but the house and beach views made up for it. If you are looking for a house suitable for large groups that is beach front with a pool, this is a perfect house!

"This house was so accommodating. There were a total of 18 in our family and it was so spacious that you never ran in to each other. The upstairs kitchen had an awesome view of the ocean and beach. The house was extremely clean. We really didn't have any issues with the house, but Holiday Beach had work order on things we were not aware of and took care of immediately. The elevator was a total asset.

"The perfect vacation getaway for families of all sizes, especially large ones. The size of the house allows for privacy and alone time even for a large group. Very clean and well maintained. "The house was overall perfect! Holiday beach rentals in general were so good/easy to work with. The property was perfectly located with the beach right out the back door and so close to everything the town offered. The house was clean and provided enough space for our large family. The private swimming pool and pool table were also a huge hit for both the kids and adults in our group. Our only complaint would be the lack of kitchen utensils and gadgets. The house did have plates, cups, and silverware, but lacked a variety of pots, pans, skillets, etc. We cooked most of our meals so having a little more available would have been beneficial, but all in all, we made do and had an amazing stay. We will definitely be coming back!
