"5 O Clock Somewhere" by Holiday Beach Rentals is located on the West End of Panama City Beach and has 7 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms, 1 half bath which can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. This home includes a private outdoor pool, 2 poolside bar areas, fully-equipped kitchen, and 2 recreation rooms. For convenience, this home also features a luxury elevator that goes to all 4 floors.

As you enter the home on the first floor, straight ahead is a spacious recreation room equipped with a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The first floor also features a small kitchenette, pool table and opens up to the pool deck. The fully furnished pool deck features a beachfront private heated pool and 2 bar areas with bar seating. Outside also features a ping pong table, outdoor putting green and cornhole game. You'll never get bored staying here!
Up on the second floor on the beachside of the home is the main kitchen, dining and living area all with perfect views of the gulf. Additionally the main living area opens up to a spacious walkout balcony; the perfect spot for outdoor dining and watching the waves roll in. Towards the streetside of the home, you'll find the first 2 bedrooms. One room features a king bed and private en-suite with a walk-in shower. Across the hall is the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin over twin bunks and a private en-suite with a shower/tub combo. The second floor also features a half bath.
Going up to the 3rd floor, on the left and to the right are 2 bedrooms each with a king bed and private en-suite with walk-in shower. Heading down the hall towards the beachside of the home, you'll pass a fully-equipped laundry room. Further down the hallway is another living space with stunning ocean views and a full wet bar. Adjacent to the second living area is a beachfront king room with a private en-suite and walk-in shower as well as a furnished walkout balcony.
The 4th floor is home to a spacious loft area with 3 twin over twin bunk beds, games and a walkout balcony on the streetside. Down the hall towards the beachside of the home, there's a full bathroom with shower/tub combo on the left. Continuing straight ahead are the last 2 bedrooms. One room has a king bed with private en-suite, walk-in shower and walkout balcony. The other bedroom is the master suite with a king bed, sitting area, private en-suite, walk in shower, large soaking tub and walkout balcony.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between all 4 floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! The pool heating system can warm the water up to approximately 85 degrees. This feature must be activated by our team, so please let us know prior to your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
The Beach! You have direct beach access through a shared boardwalk with two other private homes.

A 7-night minimum stay is required during the following peak season dates:

Summer 2027: May 29, 2027 – July 31, 2027 (Saturday to Saturday stays)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

5 O’Clock Somewhere was the right time😬

"Our growing family has been enjoying a week at the beach since BG (before grandchildren) and this beach house was our favorite so far. 30A has priced itself out of contention and West End PCB has the edge with pricing and less congestion. The kitchen was the best functioning (we cook our own meals) and equipped. The heated pool and pool deck, complete with open and covered lounging, and the putting green/cornhole turf area were perfect. The indoor pool table capped off an unmatched variety of house activity offerings. The elevator goes all the way to 4! We had 2 minor service/appliance issues that were handled immediately- two thumbs up for HBR staff! This week was a full 5-star experience🙂

"This is the second time we have stayed at 5 O'clock Somewhere. This year it was for my moms. 80th bday. This place is absolutely fabulous. The mgmt company running it is great. 5 star. We will be back again next year. We had 15 people and there were still 7 open beds.

Great for Large Families!

"We had an amazing family get-a-way. The house was gorgeous inside and the access to the beach was too notch. We cooked each night and didn’t need to worry about having enough plates or silverware as so much is included. Having two full size refrigerators plus two smaller fridges, four ice makers, two dishwashers, two washers and dryers, gorgeous rooms and private bathrooms for everyone was just what we needed.

Great House, Great Host!

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this stunning property! The home was perfect for our large family getaway, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views and easy access to our own private pool, which made our stay extra special. The house itself was beautifully maintained and had all the amenities we could ask for. We spent many evenings gathered around the spacious kitchen, cooking meals together while taking in the gorgeous sunset views. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible bonfire the host provided—it was truly spectacular and made our evening unforgettable. The host’s service was over-the-top good, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

"We absolutely fell in love with this home! The decor is the best I’ve ever seen in a rental. There was no detail left unturned. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. The outdoor area is perfection and no one will be bored. The location is great too. Not too crowded yet close enough to Inlet/Rosemary where our favorite places are to wine and dine. We cannot wait to stay here again!

"Had a wonderful stay with the family at this beautiful residence. The location on the beach along with access to our own private pool made our stay for the week extremely enjoyable. Three generations of family gave us all the opportunity to enjoy one another’s company. The house was magnificent and we could not avast For a better accommodations. If you’d like to gather around the kitchen as my family, did, this house has all the amenities needed and offers beautiful views of the ocean. We will definitely be back.

Superb Rental & Company

"I don't often write reviews, but I felt this place deserved it as it's a bit newer and I'd like people to know what to expect. This place was absolutely perfect in all ways. It is every bit as charming and nice as the images make it out to be. Plenty of space for large groups, with a massive kitchen (2 dishwashers, multiple ice machines, TONS of utensils and plates and cups), 2 separate living areas, each with ample seating and large televisions, multiple bars, every bedroom has an on suite that is large. The common areas downstairs are terrific. Pool table and sitting area downstairs were in great shape. The back patio and pool area was the hit. Everyone loved lounging by the pool in the covered area, swimming in the pool and hanging out in the hot tub, playing cornhole, putting on the green, cooking on the nice Kamado Joe grill/smoker, or just laying out on the deck. IT really is a perfect outdoor area, all within steps of the gorgeous beach. SUPERB rental and company.
