"Sunrise" is one of our newest homes listed for vacation rentals! It is located on the West End of Panama City Beach and is less than 5 miles from Pier Park. You won't miss a single sunrise in this home! It is directly on the beach, has glass balconies on all four levels, features a private pool, foosball table, bar area on the 1st floor, a beach walkover, and a great open floor plan for the group to enjoy.
We offer vacation rentals for 3-7+ nights on all our homes. Below is a list of the 7-night required rental dates:
Fall Break: September 28 – October 18, 2019 (Saturday – Saturday)
Family Break: March 14 – April 3, 2020 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: May 29 – August 13, 2020 (Friday – Friday)
This 5,195 square foot, beachfront home has 9 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, sleeping 26 guests. As you enter the home, there will be an entertainment room with a foosball table as well as a kitchenette/bar area to hangout around. There is also a bedroom on the 1st floor, with a connected bathroom.
The 2nd floor of the vacation home is the main gathering area. The 2nd floor has a great open floor plan design. The kitchen, dining area, and living room space is perfect for the group to get together during your stay. This space features a great view of the ocean and access to relax on the balcony or enjoy the view from the many glass doors and windows from inside dining area. Down the hall there will be a half bathroom, a washer/dryer, and 2 bedrooms, each with connected bathrooms.
On the 3rd floor of "Sunrise," there are FOUR bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite. There is also a luxurious Master Suite with an ocean view and balcony access. The Master Suite will feature a spacious bathroom with a garden tub, as well as a mesmerizing view of the Gulf. Also on this level is an additional washer/dryer.
The 4th Floor will feature 2 large bedrooms, with connected bathrooms. These spacious bedrooms are perfect for the children, all the while providing amazing views of Panama City Beach.
This wonderful home will be ready for vacation rentals beginning April 1, 2019! "Sunrise" sits right next to our other new home, "Sunset," as well as 2 of our other rentals, "Freshly Squeezed" and "Sea Salt."

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.
Listings / Pricing: Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
