Description

Seahorse is the newest home built by Holiday Beach Development! This home features 9 bedrooms, 9 full baths and 2 half baths, and is 5964 square feet. This large home is equipped with an elevator that extends to the first three floors and is available at an additional cost. Seahorse also has a spacious recreation room on the fourth floor that has a foosball table and putting green. A swimming pool and a bar area on the first floor. This home will be the perfect spot for you to spend your next vacation!

Seahorse requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the dates below.

2020:
Family Break: March 14 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: May 30 – August 14 (Saturday – Saturday)


The first floor features 2 bedrooms both with en-suites. Right when you enter, there is a Twin over Queen bunk room. Towards the south of the home is a Queen bedroom that has an ocean view.  Also is a second living area with a kitchenette, stacked washer/dryer, and direct access to the most unique pool we have on our program, featuring 7 in-pool barstools so you can sit and watch the ocean waves!

You can take the elevator* or a quick walk up the stairs to the second floor which features the main kitchen, which has 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, and 2 dishwashers. The dining area sits 20 plus the 5 at the bar. The spacious living area is waiting for you to enjoy the views and each others company or go sit out on the deck. Down the hall is a half bath and the first bedroom, which is a Twin over Queen bunk room. The next room on this floor is a King bedroom. 

On the third floor,  Seahorse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. To the north side of the house is a king bedroom and a bunk room with 2 Twin over Twin, each with an en-suite. Walk to the south of the home and walk into a Master King bedroom like never seen before. Along with the ocean views, this room also features a separate sitting area and bar area with a wine cooler. Walk into a master bath with a large walk-in shower with a sit down bench and the large garden tub with ocean views. There is also an additional washer/dryer on this floor.  

Do you love games? We have them here! A foosball table and putting green right when you walk to the top floor. There is also a cute area just for the kids to read, play hide and seek or games. The first bedroom is a Queen with a twin trundle and twin bed with a twin trundle. On the opposite side is the Queen bedroom with ocean views. These rooms both have en-suites.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file. 

Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
