"Great White" is a four story beachfront home that is designed to ensure your group will have an unforgettable beach vacation. The first floor of the home features a foosball table, a big, fun wood scrabble game on the wall! Also on the first floor is a bedroom with en-suite, featuring a 2 bunks; a Twin over Twin and Twin over Queen. There is a spacious kitchen area with 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, ice maker, sink, and bar area with chairs & dining area. Also on this floor, you can escape to the pool deck and lounge area to grill or relax while also embracing the view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The second floor features an open floor plan kitchen, living, and dining area. Go out on the balcony to have that cup of coffee and take in the sound of the waves or come out with a glass of wine to view the stunning sunsets. Also on the second floor is a Twin/Queen bunk bedroom, with en-suite, facing the street. Across the hall is a king-sized bedroom with en-suite, featuring a tub/shower combination, also with a street view. There is also a half bathroom, and washer/dryer, and glass balcony leading with stunning ocean view.
Head up to the third floor of "Great White" and there are four additional bedrooms, all with connecting bathrooms, as well as a second set of a washer/dryer. One bedroom is a Queen/Twin bunk bedroom, with en-suite, facing the street. There is 3 king-sized bedrooms, one with a stunning view of Panama City Beach. The ocean view king suite features a double vanity in the bathroom as well as a garden tub.
The top floor, the fourth floor, has 2 uniquely designed rooms with connected bathrooms. The bedroom on the north side of the home has 2 Queen beds one with twin trundle, one twin bed and an en-suite, this room can sleep up to 6 guests. The ocean view bunk room has one Queen bed with twin/twin bunk bed, and an additional 2 twin beds as well. It also has a connected bathroom and direct access to the glass balcony overlooking the ocean.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
