Description

Gorgeous 6 bedroom, 4 full 2 half bathroom home located in the beautiful 30A area.  Cast Away on 30A is the perfect destination vacation spot.  Spend time cooking in the high-end kitchen featuring a wine fridge and an ice maker.  Relax and unwind in the large private heated* pool and play games on the newly added ping pong table. Cast Away on 30A is walking distance to the beach access.

We offer vacation rentals for 3-7+ nights on all our homes. Below is a list of the 7-night required rental dates:
 

2019:
Fall Break: September 28 – October 18, 2019 (Saturday – Saturday)

2020:
Family Break: March 14 – April 3, 2020 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: May 16 – August 14, 2020 (Saturday – Saturday)

Cast Away on 30A is close to all the local neighborhoods of Rosemary, Seaside, and Alys Beach.  Stop by The Hub and enjoy the food and entrainment.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file. 

Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.

Fourth of July Vacation Week The property was perfect for our group. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. Plenty of room for everyone to eat in the kitchen and dining area. The pool was great for everyone to relax after a day in the ocean. Close enough to the ocean that made it manageable. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to spend a vacation with family or friends. We had a great week!

Close to beach, perfect for several families to share! We enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable house located right across the street from beach access. We had ten people and there was plenty of space for adults and kiddos to spread out or be together. The upstairs lounge was great for providing a little separation when desired. The house has tons of natural light and the kitchen was very functional with plenty of glasses, cups and dishes. The pool was a smidge smaller than we would have preferred but the kids didnt mind. Lots of shade throughout the day which was nice when we wanted a break from the beach. It was handy having the outdoor shower/faucet to rinse off before entering the pool area. The ping pong table was a fun touch, too. Things to keep in mind: beach access along this stretch involves a LOT of stairs; we had one family member with limited mobility due to an injury so that was a bit of a challenge. Also, the doors and windows that face the pool all have alarms on them for safety; they are VERY loud (like burglar alarm level) which makes sense if you have little ones in the house. It would have been nice to have a button outside to push and turn it off like there was on the inside; there is no way to open the door from outside without setting off the alarm. There was a broom and dustpan to clean up the hardwood floors but it would have been nice to have some sort of vacuum for the rugs and perhaps a mop given all the sand and spills that can accompany a beach vacation with children. All in all we had s wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property!

Great getaway The house was amazing, plenty of space for our group of 8. The only issue we would recommend revisiting is the outdoor and pool lighting situation. The pool lights were not on for the duration of our visit (even when we had 2 visits from someone from the property management company come out) and the outdoor lighting was very dim (which may not have been an issue if we didnt have teenagers with us). Otherwise, everything was outstanding.

Great house and Great Location! We had 3 families in the house for a week and it was perfect. Very short walk to the beach, heated pool, close driving distance to The Hub and Rosemary/Alys Beach. We would definitely consider staying in this same house next year!!
