"30A Away" is a newly-built beach front dream home. Located in the beautiful Panama City Beach, yet close enough to enjoy the attractions of the famous 30A. Featuring a private pool*, seven spacious bedrooms, unique decor, and an ocean view, this home is truly a gem. It sits next  to "Tan Lines" and "Sun Daze."

*Pool heat available at an additional cost.
 
*Bare Feet requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the dates below.

30A Away is a perfect location for a getaway!  This home offers a beautiful open floor plan with plenty of space for everyone. Step inside and let the fun begin!  The lower level is a perfect place for the group to gather, with a game area, twin bed nook, and a mini kitchen, steps from the pool area. Hang out and enjoy a show in the comfortable sitting area. Also, located on the lower level are 2 sets of twin bunks (room sleeps 4) with an attached bathroom. 

Head on up to the main floor where you walk into a fully stocked gourmet kitchen.  The wonderful open floor plan allows everyone to gather together and enjoy each other.  Unwind and watch the sun set from the second-floor's furnished balcony. Also, on this floor, there will be one king bedroom, with an outside terrace and attached bathroom. Another room features a king/queen bunk room, also with an attached bathroom, sleeping four guests.

The third-floor features 2 beautiful master suites with noteworthy, ocean views. An additional TV area with 2 twin sleeper chairs can also be found on the top floor. 4 additional bedrooms are located on the third-floor along with a custom full / twin / twin bunk nook. Each bedroom features its own flat screen TV. 

30A Away's home exterior features a private heated* pool, spacious deck with outside seating, and amazing views of the water.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file. 

Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.

Family trip Our entire family enjoyed this trip. There are 15 of us, and four are 6 yrs and younger. The house was wonderful. Accessibility to the beach was great, and the views from the decks were beautiful and relaxing. And the kids loved the pool.

We rented this location for Spring Break 2018 and were blown away by the home and the service we received. We had a group of 16 people, 8 adults and 8 children ranging from 8 to 17 years old. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out across the 3 floors if we needed or gather as a large group in the dining area, deck, or game area downstairs. The beach area was perfect for our group as it was far enough away from the usual Spring Break 'chaos' but still enough other people around that the kids didn't feel like they were on a deserted island. The property managers were all over any request we had. From last minute early check-in and pool heating requests to any items we called for while staying at the house. We had one minor issue where the foosball table was missing the ball, which we really were not concerned about, the property managers looked everywhere in Panama City and when they couldn't find one they ordered some through Amazon and had them delivered first thing Monday morning. I would highly recommend this location and Holiday Beach Rentals in general. We will definitely use their services again.
