COVID-19 Procedures and Policies

Understandably many of you have questions about your upcoming reservations, and we want to assure you that our reservations team is working to respond as quickly as possible. With over five years in the vacation rental business and many in the construction industry, our small, family-run company has the experience and foresight to weather this storm. We reacted quickly to the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation, putting policies and procedures in place to be able to respond to each of you as quickly as possible.

As the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) presents itself in the US, we all wonder how it will affect ourselves and our loved ones. Our guests and employees are encouraged to take the usual precautions observed during the flu season. Your safety and wellbeing is our top priority, and we encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Area Information

COVID-19 is a rapidly changing situation. Please continue following the recommendations of the federal government, CDC, Florida Department of Health, and local officials for the latest updates.

Cleanliness and Sanitation

As always, cleanliness and sanitization have been of utmost importance at Holiday Beach Rentals. Our team is taking proper steps to ensure that all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches are sanitized with extra care. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
