Morning Glory 311 is the perfect getaway at WindMark Beach with Holiday Beach Rentals. Located along the shores of the beautiful Saint Joseph Bay. The coastal resort style community is designed with healthy living in mind. Guests can enjoy the fresh air and bay breezes on the nature trails, or boardwalks and cart paths. The WindMark Beach community features a communal swimming pool, playground, Village Green and Amphitheater as well as a beach walkover that accesses four miles of pristine Saint Joseph Bay coastline. Northwest Florida has some of the states' most beautiful beaches. While at the WindMark Beach community, take advantage of exploring Cape San Blas, Mexico Beach, Apalachicola and Panama City Beach.

Morning Glory 311 is a corner unit, about 250 yards from the beach. The unit is approximately 1,884 square feet and is fully furnished, stocked and awaiting your arrival. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen, dining and living room have an open floor plan.  Two bedrooms will have a king bed, and the third bedroom will have two twin size beds. All bed and bath linens to use inside the unit are provided. A washer and dryer will be in the unit. This is an end unit with 2 private balconies.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. 

Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the condo during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation rentals are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No units will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay. 

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all rental units and balconies. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.

Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.

SUPER SPACIOUS CONDO We found this condo at the last minute when we had to change plans from a trip to Pensacola Beach was cancelled due to Hurricane Sally. I was shocked that I was able to find anything this nice literally 2 days prior to our departure. The low down- PROS: - as the review title says, this unit is super spacious and is great for a family with kids, but would also work for 3 couples or a girls/guys trip too - big balcony for relaxing in the evening - tons of windows for awesome natural light - fully stocked kitchen for cooking dinner in, nice fridge and good sized pantry to hold all your stuff - 3 minute walk to the pool, 5 minute walk to the beach - PRIVATE, QUIET BEACH just for Windmark Beach residents/guests - 2 minute walk to The View restaurant, where you will find some very tasty food - 5 minute drive into Port St. Joe for groceries, shopping, dining - cart/bike paths for walking or checking out the property CONS: - 5 minute walk to the beach, unfortunately this unit is literally the farthest one from the beach (we are spoiled and used to walking off the deck onto the beach where we usually stay) - 3rd floor unit, so be prepared to get your step workout in, or use the elevator -so, so many light switches in this unit! Odd complaint, but it took a while to figure them all out (and still not enough light to put on make-up in the master bath) - beds are super soft (maybe this is a pro for some) - zero counter space in the master bath and limited seating in the living room area (for a unit this big, a comfy sectional sofa would be great for everyone to plop on) Overall, this is a lovely condo! It located in the cute little community of Windmark Beach, that has so much potential to be a great little place to visit. If you are looking for a quiet condo, with a big private (quiet) beach and don't mind getting your steps in every day, then definitely give this place a try!
