"Trifecta" is one of our brand-new featured beachfront homes and ready to rent! Featuring 10 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, 6195 sqft, a private pool, a fabulous game room and amazing beachfront views! This home is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and is a prime spot for your beach vacation.
The first floor features the game room with a pool table along with an additional table to play various games. Also within the first floor is the first bunk room featuring queen over king beds.
Head up to the second floor where you will find the main kitchen that features 1 large refrigerator, 2 ovens, 2 dining tables and a large living area. There is also a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bunk room with twin over twin beds as well as the washer/dryer.
The third-floor features 4 bedrooms; 2 kings with (one with an ocean view and one street view), and 2 bunk bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. This floor also has another washer/dryer.
The top floor has a huge king master with separate seating area with an en-suite bathroom and ocean views. The other side of the beautiful home is a large room that includes two queen beds and one twin.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
