Located on the ground floor is your first living room area complete with pool table, couch, kitchenette and flatscreen TV. The sliding glass doors open up to your private pool surrounded by ample lounge seating, charcoal grill and direct beach access boardwalk. Down the hallway are two bedrooms, one is a queen over king bunk and the other is a uniquely spaced bunk room featuring 3 twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps a total of 6 guests), each of these rooms also has their own private bathrooms.
The second floor is the main living space of the home which has your fully equipped kitchen, open livingroom and dining area with seating for up to 14 guests (with additional 4 stools at the eat-in bar). The sliding glass doors lead out to your first furnished balcony which also has a small dining table as well for those that choose to dine outside and listen to the waves roll in. There are two additional bedrooms down the hall on this floor as well, one king and one twin over twin bunk, each with their own private bathrooms.
Head up the stairs (or elevator) to the third floor to the beachfront king master suite complete with sitting area and a furnished walkout balcony. There is also a queen over queen bunk room, twin over queen bunk room and additional king room down the hallway.
The fourth floor has the last two bedrooms, one holds two twin over twin bunk beds and the other is on the beachside of the home which mirrors the same king master suite thats on the third floor (sitting area as well as furnished baclony). Each of these room have their own private bathrooms as well.

Trifecta East requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:
Family Break: March 13 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.
Listings / Pricing: Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
