"Toes in the Sand" is located on the popular East end Of Panama City Beach. This home can accommodate 20 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, perfect for family reunions, or a beach getaway! This home features a large open-floor plan perfect for fun family filled vacations. With stainless steel appliances, cable, and Wi-Fi all included, it is going to feel just like home. The outdoor space comes equipped with a shower and a charcoal grill and has access to a pool which is located right behind the home. There is also an upstairs media nook so the kids can be entertained separate from the adults at any time!

As you enter Toes in the Sand you will notice a grand open floor plan perfect for gathering family and friends. This home features a cozy living room with a flat screen TV, a dining area that seats 8 guests, and a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating. The many windows provide great natural lighting in the home and you are just steps away from the ocean. Head to the North end of the first floor and you will find a queen-sized bedroom with bathroom and a tub/shower combination. Just around the corner from this bedroom you will find the washer/dryer set.

Head up to the second floor and you see the common area with ample seating and a flat screen TV. There is also two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a queen over queen bunk, with a queen-sized trundle, sleeping 6 people in each room. Just outside the common area is a twin over twin bunk bed nook as well. These rooms share a hall bathroom which features a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. Down towards the south end of the home, there are two king-sized master bedrooms and bathrooms with double vanities. These are the rooms that everyone will want to claim because once you catch a glimpse of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico you will not want to leave them, especially with the direct access to a furnished balcony!

Out the back door of the home there is a large pool with lounge seating, which is shared with our other luxury vacation home, "Sea Escape". With the gorgeous sands of Panama City Beach mere steps away (about 200 feet from your front door), you won't need anything else! This beach home offers the best family beach vacation, and a great family price so start your vacation now!

Toes in the Sand requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

Summer: June 5 – August 7 (Saturday – Saturday)
Fall Break: October 2 – October 16 (Saturday – Saturday)

Family Break: March 12 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 4 – August 13 (Saturday – Saturday)
Fall Break: October 1 – October 15 (Saturday – Saturday)

Family Break: March 11 – April 8 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 3 – August 12 (Saturday – Saturday)
Fall Break: September 30 – October 14 (Saturday - Saturday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file.   If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older.  Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed.  Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation.  Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Everything was perfect!! The beds are comfortable, the showers are awesome, we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool in the back was awesome. I was worried about it being across the road from the beach, but its a small side road with very low traffic so it was not an issue at all.

The one that almost got away! We started looking at properties down in Panama for an annual deep sea fishing trip for a couple of guys that there wifes trust enough to get away for a few nights. I came across this property because it had everything anyone could dream of. Steps from beach directly in front of the house pool in the back and amazing interior with so much room and a bed for everyone. We loved our stay and had no problem with anything. I will be back to this property again for location and views and just the comfort of the stay. We found out there was a softball tournament the same weekend and literally got lucky that we were able to book this property. We enjoyed the beach and the pool oh might I add the showers inside were to dream for I appreciate everything and everyone that made the stay come true! Thanks rating this 10 stars out of 5

Fantastic stay We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is spacious and it easily accomodated our party of 13. The dual master suites were especially luxurious with huge tiled showers. Location was even better than expected... being across the street from the beach was not an issue because the street was not busy at all. Being close to Walmart, and an ice cream shop was awesome. The pool was great for the kids but was too cold for the adults at this time of year. Communication with the Holiday Beach Rentals team was easy and they were very responsive and quickly addressed a minor issue we encountered. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Toes in the Sand was a great vacation home The group thoroughly enjoyed the house with it's second to none beach access, enormous 2-house shared pool, spacious bedding and comfortable living spaces. The beach was clean, spacious and practically our own. The location of the property was perfect; a little outside of the busy hotel/condo scene. We will definitely consider returning to the property on a future trip unless out high school softball team rents it instead (we boasted too much of the property)!
