"Toes in the Sand" is located on the popular East end Of Panama City Beach. This home can accommodate 20 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, perfect for family reunions, or a beach getaway! This home features a large open-floor plan perfect for fun family filled vacations. With stainless steel appliances, cable, and Wi-Fi all included, it is going to feel just like home. The outdoor space comes equipped with a shower and a charcoal grill and has access to a pool which is located right behind the home. There is also an upstairs media nook so the kids can be entertained separate from the adults at any time!
As you enter Toes in the Sand you will notice a grand open floor plan perfect for gathering family and friends. This home features a cozy living room with a flat screen TV, a dining area that seats 8 guests, and a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating. The many windows provide great natural lighting in the home and you are just steps away from the ocean. Head to the North end of the first floor and you will find a queen-sized bedroom with bathroom and a tub/shower combination.
Head up to the second floor and you see the common area with ample seating and a flat screen TV. There is also two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a queen over queen bunk, with a queen-sized trundle, sleeping 6 people in each room. Just outside the common area is a twin over twin bunk bed nook as well. These rooms share a hall bathroom which features a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. Down towards the south end of the home, there are two king-sized master bedrooms and bathrooms with double vanities. These are the rooms that everyone will want to claim because once you catch a glimpse of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico you will not want to leave them, especially with the direct access to a furnished balcony!
Out the back door of the home there is a large pool with lounge seating, which is shared with our other luxury vacation home, "Sea Escape". With the gorgeous sands of Panama City Beach mere steps away (about 200 feet from your front door), you won't need anything else! Toes in the Sand requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:
Family Break: March 13 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 5 – August 14 (Saturday – Saturday)
Fall Break: October 2 – October 16 (Saturday – Saturday)
Family Break: March 12 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 4 – August 13 (Saturday – Saturday)
Fall Break: October 1 – October 15 (Saturday – Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
