Description

As you walk through the front door, there is a small sitting area that leads down the hall to your beachside livingroom and kitchenette. This area includes a dining table for up to 8 people + 6 additional barstools at the eat-in bar and a flatscreen TV. You'll find this to be the most convenient space for those quick snack grabs or drink refills when coming in right off the beach and your private pool. Easy in, easy out. The pool deck has an amazing beachfront view, and plenty of outdoor lounge seating and a dining table for everyone to enjoy. Located down the hallway a bit, is a multi-bunk room that features a twin over twin bunk as well as a twin over queen bunk (sleeping up to 5). This room also shares its single vanity/walkin shower bathroom with the rest of the ground floor.

The second floor is the main living room/dining area and kitchen. This space has a lovely open-air concept, complete with glass doors that slide open to a furnished balcony overlooking the coast. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils and the eat-in bar seats 4 people with an additional 8 at the dining table. There are two bedrooms also located on this floor, one has a queen bed and the other has a twin over twin bunk bed. Each are street-facing and have their own private bathrooms.

The third floor has a large beachfront master suite with a king bed, flatscreen tv and furnished walkout balcony. The luxurious en-suite offers a walk-in shower, double vanity and separate soaking tub overlooking the waves. Down the hall is another bedroom featuring a queen bed with private bathroom. On the street-side is a king room and a twin/queen bunk room, each with their own private bathrooms as well. 

As you come up the stairs to the fourth floor, there is a small seating area separating the bedrooms. The room located on the street-side has two twin beds and one queen bed, as does the room located on the beachside. Each room has their own private bathrooms as well.

Sunset requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

2021:
Family Break: March 13 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 5 – August 14 (Saturday – Saturday)
Fall Break: October 2 – October 16 (Saturday – Saturday)

2022:
Family Break: March 12 – April 9 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 5 – August 13 (Sunday – Sunday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.

Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
