Sunrise is a beautiful beachfront home with modern, upscale furnishings throughout each floor. With two fully equipped kitchen areas, private outdoor pool and spa, beachfront boardwalk and enough indoor/outdoor space to comfortably accommodate 26 guests - the entire group can stay together in a private paradise while on vacation!
When you first pull in to the private driveway, you'll notice there is ample space for everyone to park comfortably (about 5-6 vehicles, depending on size). Once you enter in the front door you are greeted with a quaint sitting area, followed by a uniquely designed bunk room featuring three twins and one queen. This room also has an ensuite that can be accessed by the bedroom or the main hallways. The main hallway opens up to a spacious living/entertainment area which includes a fully equipped kitchen and eat-in bar (with 4 barstools), oversized dining table (seating 15 guests), secondary sitting area and large flatscreen TV. In addition you will find a bluetooth enabled and USB port compatible sound system; the speakers are located outside on the pool deck. The sliding glass door opens up to the beachfront pool deck featuring a private outdoor pool and spa, picnic table, lounge seating and outdoor grills. This area also has an outdoor shower, just in from the gated/private beach boardwalk.
Up the stairs on the second floor is another open concept living area which includes a secondary fully equipped kitchen with eat-in bar (6 barstools), full dining table which seats up to 8 and a large living area with flatscreen TV. This floor also has a sliding glass door that leads out to a furnished balcony including dining area. Down the hallway, on the opposite side of the main living area, there are additional bedrooms. One twin over twin bunk bedroom and one king size bedroom, each with their own private ensuites. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer set as well as an additional half bathroom on this level as well.
The third floor offers more bedroom options including a twin over queen bunk room and two king rooms. However, there is a third king room but we've named it the Superior King Master Suite because of the stunning coastline views it provides from the private walkout balcony as well as its spacious ensuite featuring double vanities and claw foot soaking tub. For added convenience, we've placed a second washer and dryer set in the hallway as well.
The 4th floor has a fun little foosball game room right as you come up the stairs as well as a mini-fridge to keep quick refreshments in while you are hanging and playing! There are two bedrooms on this floor, the beachside room has a king bed and two twin beds and the street side room has a king bed and two twins, each have their own ensuites as well. The beachside bedroom has its own furnished walkout balcony allowing you to view the coastline for miles and miles!

No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
