Sun Daze requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the dates below.
Family Break: March 14 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: May 31 – August 15 (Sunday – Sunday)
Step inside where you will find on the 1st floor a sitting room with a large, flat screen TV, an additional refrigerator, a half bath, and a kitchenette. Head out the back door to relax around the pool area. The spacious back deck has plenty of space for sun bathing, grilling on the charcoal grill, or watching the waves.
The large 2nd floor of the home includes the main living area, a half bath, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dining space. The large dining table will seat ten guests as well as an additional five at the counter. The great open floor plan allows everyone to join and be part of the group. The living area contains a sliding glass door that leads to an outdoor balcony with more seating and a wonderful ocean view. Located on this level is 1 king bedroom and 1 queen over king bunk bedroom with en-suites. Enjoy the picturesque sunsets from this level.
Up on the 3rd floor you will find 2 exceptional king masters with en-suites and flat screen TV’s. Both bedrooms have pristine views of the ocean and sliding glass doors that lead out to the top floor, furnished, balcony. Relax upstairs in the additional TV sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa. The 3rd floor also has a custom bunk nook with a full/twin/twin bunk set. Unwind in the king or queen over king bunk room with en-suites and flat screen TV’s.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
