“Stay Salty” is a luxury beachfront home featuring over 4,500 square feet of upscale furnishings & fixtures, furnished walkout balconies and enough space to welcome up to 24 guests while on vacation! With 7-bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, everyone in your group will have plenty of room to spread out and find a space of their own while still being comfortable under one roof. If you can picture yourself floating in a private beachfront pool or dining with the waves each evening - you've found the perfect vacation rental!
As you pass by the front door seating area outside, the front door opens up to an introduction of the large entertainment and media room. The fully furnished, brick-paved pool deck is just down the hall and through the backdoor! Stay Salty has an amazing ground floor beachfront space featuring ample couch seating surrounding a large mounted flatscreen TV, full sized outdoor dining table seating up to 8 people plus additional barstool/hightop table which seats an additional 6. No one will be fighting over specific seats either because no matter where you choose to hang, your view of the Emerald Coast is crystal clear! Another cool amenity in this space is the outdoor grill, its positioned perfectly to take in the fresh sea air and beautiful sounds of the waves as you prepare your meal. The pool itself is a 12x17 "L"-shaped construction that includes a shallow sun shelf at the entrance (this is perfect for the little ones)! A little beyond your pool area is a beach boardwalk leading directly out to the sand and private outdoor shower for when you are coming in off the beach. And for those little needed breaks from playing outside, we made sure to build a full sized bathroom just inside from the backdoor :)
Located on the second floor is the main living/kitchen/dining space. The layout of this area was designed for optimal beach views while having the spacious comfort of home. The indoor dining table can seat up to 8 while the bar seating fits up to 5, outdoor dining is also an option on this floor out on the open-air balcony. With double refrigerators and state of the art appliances & equipment, the fully furnished kitchen will have everything you need to make every meal while the other part of your crew hangs back in the living area waiting for the dinner bell to ring! Down the hall are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a unique queen over king bunk, each have their own private ensuites as well. For added convenience, we placed a 1/2 bathroom down the hall as well as the first washer and dryer set.
The third floor has a smaller beachfront living room with flatscreen TV, foosball and furnished walkout balcony. Next to it is a beachfront king master suite with private en-suite and beautiful walkout balcony. There are two additional rooms down the hall featuring a queen over queen bunk with private ensuite and then a single king room on the streetside with a large hallway bathroom.
On the very top floor (4th) there is an open work area with desk and small seating space. Located on the streetside of this floor is a fun multi-bed room with 4 twin beds and 2 twin trundles (sleeping up to 6 total) plus an in-room vanity and full en-suite. The beachside family suite has a very spacious layout with a king bed, twin over twin bunk and sitting area with open view windows of the Gulf of Mexico.

Stay Salty requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:
Family Break: March 12 – April 9 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 3 – August 12 (Friday – Friday)
Fall Break: October 1 – October 15 (Saturday – Saturday)
Family Break: March 11 – April 8 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 2 – August 11 (Friday – Friday)
Fall Break: September 30 – October 14 (Saturday - Saturday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.
Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
