“Stay Salty” is a brand-new constructed home built by our very own Holiday Beach Development team. This beachfront paradise is 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms and features a private outdoor pool, recreational room and indoor theater room. As you first walk in on the first floor, there is a large entertainment room complete with ample seating to accommodate everyone. Also, on this floor is a convenient ½ single vanity bathroom. Walk towards the beach side of the house and you’ll find a large outdoor paved patio with two dining table that seat up to 14, right off the patio is your very own private pool with amazing beach views!


Located on the second floor is the main living/kitchen/dining room space. The open concept in this area was designed for optimal beach views while having the spacious comfort of home. The indoor dining tables can seat up to 8 while the bar seating fits up to 4, outdoor dining is also an option on this floor out on the open-air balcony. There are a few more bedroom on this floor as well, one is a king bedroom with a single vanity shower/tub combo and the other is a queen over king bunk room also with its own single vanity shower. Also, on this floor is an additional half bathroom and a full-size washer and dryer.


Walking up to the third floor and you have three additional bedrooms. On the ocean side is a king bedroom with a double vanity and shower bathroom plus a beautiful walkout balcony. The two other rooms on this floor; a full over full bunk that sleeps 4 and a king bedroom (street view) both with connected single vanity/shower bathrooms. 


On the very top floor (4th) there is an open loft area that leads into a large room with 4 twin beds (and 2 trundles) which sleep up to 6 total, plus and a connected single vanity/shower bathroom. As you turn to walk towards the beachside of the house, you enter into a true oasis with a king bedroom complete with sitting area with open view windows of the Gulf of Mexico. We’ve also added in one twin over twin bunk nook into this large room for any extra guests that want to enjoy this space!

Stay Salty requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

Family Break: March 13 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 6 – August 15 (Sunday - Sunday)
Fall Break: October 2 – October 16 (Saturday – Saturday)

Family Break: March 12 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 3 – August 12 (Friday - Friday)
Fall Break: October 1 – October 15 (Saturday – Saturday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.

Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Listings / Pricing: Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.

Right on the beach and house is amazing This property was only a few months old when we visited so the home was beautiful and professionally decorated, everything was new (or new-ish), well-stocked kitchen with 2 refridgerators, 2 sets of washers/dryers, smart TVs everywhere (although no cable/satellite service), beds are comfortable (and plentiful), ping pong table outdoors on the ground floor, foosball, media room - fun! Just remember to pack a hair dryer if that's your normal thing. Unlike the few reviews we read about the neighboring properties also managed by the same company, we had no issues with cleanliness when we arrived at this property - it was spotless and everything was picture-perfectly in order. And I'm OCD when it comes to cleanliness and order! We enjoyed the lounge/plunge pool and the balconies with views to die for. Best of all, you are right on the beach (it was maybe 75ft from the house to the sand) with the most breathtaking sunsets. Was so convenient to go to the beach and back in to the house for a drink refill/snacks/re-apply sunscreen. Mid-October weather in PCB is still warm - it was 80s during the day and nice cool breezes from the ocean in the evenings. No beach crowds due to condos being further down or up the strip. We had the beach area right in front of the house to ourselves the whole time. One thing to note: I was worried from the pictures that there would be construction right next to the house where it looks like another home from the same builder was being built. I checked before booking and the mgt company said that construction would not start until Nov. And they were right about that - no construction whatsoever during our stay. Thank you Holiday Beach Rentals! Well worth the money. We will be back!
