"Southern Comfort" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a luxury beachfront home located on the East End of Panama City Beach. This is a perfect location for those who want to be near popular attractions, good eats, and nightlife. This luxury home features 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, a private beachfront pool, a beach walkover, an open concept master suite, outdoor lounge space, foosball table, and everything else you can think of to make your beach getaway beyond perfect.

The first floor of Southern Comfort features two King bedrooms with private en-suites. Down the hall you'll find a stackable washer/dryer, a half bath, and a seating nook. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering the group in the kitchen, living, and dining area. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and leads straight out to the outside pool deck and lounge area, where you can see the stunning Gulf of Mexico.
Head up to the second floor and there is a Queen over Queen bunk bedroom with private en-suite. There is also a King bedroom on the south side of the home which shares the hall bathroom. There is a King Master bedroom that has a beach view and direct balcony access. Also on this floor is the second washer/dryer set and a common area with foosball table, multiple game tables, and 60" flat screen TV.
Head up to the third floor where there is a large loft common area with a Twin over Queen bunk bed nook as well. The bunk room on the south end of the home features 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds with an additional 2 twin beds on the side, sleeping 6 guests. The third floor master suite is surely breathtaking. It has an open floor concept with a claw tub and luxury stained glass in the bathroom area. You can enjoy the view of Panama City Beach from the glass balcony just off the bedroom.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

Your pool is heated! The pool heating system can warm the water up to approximately 85 degrees. This feature must be activated by our team, so please let us know prior to your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
The Beach is your backyard! "Southern Comfort" has a boardwalk attached directly to the house and leads straight to the beach.

A 7-night minimum stay is required during the following peak season dates:

Summer 2027: May 29, 2027 – July 31, 2027 (Saturday to Saturday stays)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

"Southern Comfort was fantastic. It was clean, plenty of parking, close to anything you needed and the staff at Holiday Beach Rentals were first rate. The closeness to the beach made everything easy. Pool was just right for the kids. My entire family had a great time, would not hesitate to rent again. I highly recommend.

5 families for 1 week and never did we feel crowded. ensuite bathrooms gave everyone their own space. Not 1 but 3 washer/ dryer sets wet more than convenient
proximity to the beach was a must and this place delivered. Response and reaction to any issues were promptly handled by holiday beach rentals.
5 ⭐️ for them too, no need to pack any kitchen utensils or appliances southern Comfort has you covered this may just be our annual family trip from here on out. It was fabulous.

Relaxing and laidback entire family vacation

"This house is beautiful and perfectly located. The beach is step away from the house using the semiprivate boardwalk. The sand was white and the water was warm. The seaweed was bad during our stay but did not distract from all 9 of us enjoying our stay. Any problems that came up were swiftly replied to.

"Beautiful house. Plenty of room for people to have their private space. Balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico provided stunning views. Plenty of appliances, dishes, cookware… Even multiple washers and dryers to accommodate large parties as well as two instant hot water heaters. Hosts were highly responsive when any issues (minor) came up. Beautifully decorated - very warm and welcoming.

"We loved our stay here! The pool was great, multiple balconies overlooking the amazing view, comfortable beds, great showers, multiple laundry units, plenty of fridge/freezer space. We had 5 families all staying here and felt the layout was great for that - Allowing us all to be together but also have some privacy when needed. This home was great! Anytime an issue came up, they were very quick to communicate and assist when needed. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect!

"Very spacious house. Perfect for large groups. Pros: AC worked great for a 3 story house! Bedrooms spacious. Kitchen fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, etc! Small pool outside kept the kids busy if we weren’t at the beach. Quiet neighborhood! Bathrooms large and plenty of hot water! A definite 10/10 for me! Cons: back porch could use a lil tlc but definitely not a game changer! This place was the best rental I’ve used in PCB in 10 years! Holiday Beach Rentals also kept in constant contact via text about trash pick up and just checking in on us! By far the most attentive rental company in PCB. My new rental company for all future beach trips!

"Southern Comfort was absolutely a gorgeous house! Walk out to the beach was so close to the house! I was so impressed with the communication from Holiday Beach Rentals! I love that we could just get into the house with a key code. It made it easy to check in! The house was very clean and was decorated very beautiful! I also loved that we could add beach chairs onto the house rental, which made it easy that I didn’t have to try to figure out how to rent beach chairs! My family agreed this was the best beach house that we’ve ever been in! We will definitely be back to visit this exact same house! Probably my most favorite thing that I’ve never had in a beach house before, was a full size refrigerator, and a separate full size freezer! This house is very close to a lot of attractions! I highly recommend this house it was top-notch!!!

"We have stayed with Holiday Beach Rentals for years now. I don’t even look anywhere else. They have exactly what we want no matter how many we are traveling with. We have always loved the houses. Southern Comfort was no exception! My younger kids took advantage of the heated pool all day and my older kids enjoyed laying on the beach. There is really no reason to have to leave the house. It was the perfect getaway!

"I have to say that we have rented from Holiday Beach for many years. They never fail us. So accommodating. The house was clean and very well stocked. Couple of issues, but they were fixed immediately. There were 17 of us staying in this house, and so much room to not trip over any one. We were short on large pots and the can opener was broken. They brought us a whole new big set and a new can opener. Like I said, they never disappoint!!! Thank you Holiday Beach for another wonder vacation, LB
