- The first floor features a relaxing beachside retreat complete with your very own 12x17 private outdoor pool. Imagine coming in right off the coastline and taking a fresh water dip or swinging the afternoon away on your full-size poolside bed swing. We've also added a kitchenette on the bottom floor for a more convenient way to grab a snack or an ice cold beverage while not having to venture too far from your outdoor oasis. Also located on the ground floor is your garage gameroom, complete with arcade style basketball, a foosball table and full size pool table!
- As you walk up the front steps of the home, you are greeted by the second floor which features the main living room, dining room and kitchen area complete with a furnished walkout balcony that offers pristine views of the Emerald Coastline. Its going to be difficult choose to dine inside or outside! Also on the second floor is the first set of bedrooms featuring king beds with their own bathrooms. Your first washer and dryer set are located here as well.
- Walking up to the third floor you have four additional bedrooms. On the beach side are two king bedrooms, both have their own bathrooms. There is also a queen over queen bunk room that sleeps 4 and a queen over king bunk room next to it (also sleeps 4), both rooms also have their own bathrooms.
- The fourth floor has an open loft area that leads into a large room containing two queen beds and two twin beds (sleeping 6 total) with an in-room vanity and connected full bathroom. On the beachside of this floor is the main King master suite complete with an indoor sitting area as well as a furnished outdoor walkout balcony.
- Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
- The Beach is your backyard! "Soul Surfer" has a boardwalk that leads straight to the beach.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.
Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
