Seahorse is a 9-bedroom, 9-full bathroom (and 2 half bathroom), 5195 square feet luxury beachfront home. It is also equipped with an elevator that extends to the first three floors. Seahorse also has a spacious recreation room on the fourth floor that has a foosball table and putting green while also featuring a large swimming pool and bar area on the first floor. This home will be the perfect spot for you to spend your next vacation!
The first floor features direct walkout access to the most unique beachfront pool we have in our entire line up of vacation homes boasting 7 in-pool barstools so you can sit and watch the waves roll in! There are also 2 bedrooms as you first walk through the front door - one twin over full bunk room (street view) and one full bedroom (beach view), each with their own private full bathrooms.
As you head up the stairs to the second floor you are greeted with stunning beachfront views from your main kitchen/living room/dining room area, you'll definitely want to take advantage of the walkout balcony on this floor! The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, and 2 dishwashers to accommodate everyone comfortably. The dining area sits 20 plus the 5 at the bar and the spacious living area is waiting for you to enjoy the views. Down the hall are two additional bedrooms with one twin over full bunk room (street view) and king bedroom (street view), both have their own private full bathrooms.
You can either choose to take the elevator* or a quick walk up to the North side of the third floor to find an additional double twin bunk room and king room (street view), both with their own private bathrooms. On the opposite side is the beachfront king master suite featuring a separate sitting area and bar area with a wine cooler. This room has a large master bath with a large walk-in shower and separate garden tub, all with pristine gulf views. There is also an additional washer/dryer on this floor.
Do you love games? We have them here! We placed a foosball table and putting green right when you walk up to the top floor. There is also a cute area just for the kids to read, play hide and seek or games. The first bedroom is a full + twin bed with a twin trundle (street view). On the beach side is the queen bedroom with beautiful gulf views and walkout balcony. All rooms have their own full private bathrooms.

Seahorse requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:
Family Break: March 13 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday )
Summer: June 4 – August 13 (Friday – Friday)
Fall Break: October 2 – October 16 (Saturday – Saturday )
Family Break: March 12 – April 9 (Saturday – Saturday )
Summer: June 3 – August 12 (Friday – Friday)
Fall Break: October 1 – October 15 (Saturday – Saturday )
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
