"Sea Forever" is a luxurious beachfront vacation home located on the East End of Panama City Beach. It is located around popular attractions, good eats, and nightlife. This home features a private pool*, elevator*, theater room, and spacious King studio suite with a fireplace on the 3rd floor.
Sea Forever requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the dates below.
Summer: May 30 – August 15 (Saturday – Saturday)
Fall Break: October 3 – 17 (Saturday – Saturday)
Family Break: March 13 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 4 – August 13 (Friday – Friday)

Sea Forever is equipped with 5 star amenities including a private pool, theater room, elevator (additional fee for usage; must request access before booking), wet bar with wine cooler, 3 balconies, floor to ceiling windows, high end appliances and finishes, two laundry rooms, and flat screen TV's in each bedroom.
Each bedroom is furnished with a full suite of furniture, walk-in closets, and en suite bathrooms (except the twin bunk room). The first floor is home to 4 bedrooms, a laundry room, kitchenette, media room with TV and DVD player, sleeper sofa, and the pool deck.

Sea Forever's second floor is considered the main level- it has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a king suite, and the second contains a custom made bunk that has a king on top, a bottom queen and a side twin bed. The full kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and finishes, dining table that seats 8, living room with large flat screen and 2 sofas, wet bar with wine cooler, and a large balcony.
The third floor has the theater room with seating for 7 and the ultimate master bedroom. The top floor king master suite features a decorative fireplace, a large kitchenette, breakfast bar, dining table (seats 4), sleeper sofa, dream bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in multi-spray shower, and arguably the best views in the whole house! Walk out to the private balcony to enjoy the most unforgettable sunsets!
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
