"Sea Escape" is located on the popular east end Of Panama City Beach. This home can accommodate 20 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, perfect for a family reunion, or beach getaway! Click the virtual tour button above to see what this home is all about.

Sea Escape requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the dates below.

Summer: May 30 – August 15 (Saturday – Saturday)

Sea Escape features a large and airy open-floor plan perfect for fun family filled vacation. The outdoor space comes equipped with a outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. It also has access to a pool which is located right behind the home. Sea Escape has ocean views, stainless steel appliances, cable, and free Wi-Fi is included. The kitchen comes fully furnished with everything you need to cook for your family feast, along with an upstairs media nook so the kids can be entertained separate from the adults.

As you enter Sea Escape you will notice a grand open floor plan perfect for gathering family and friends. This home features a cozy living room with a flat screen TV, a dining area that seats 8 guests, and a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating. The many windows provide great natural lighting in the home and your just steps away from ocean. Head to the north end of the first floor and you’ll find a queen-sized bedroom with connected bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Head up to the second floor and you see the common area with seating and a flat screen TV. There is also two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a queen over queen bunk, with a queen-sized trundle, sleeping 6 people in each room. There is also a twin over twin bunk bed nook just outside the common area. These rooms share a hall bathroom which features a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. Down towards the south end of the home, there are two king-sized master bedrooms featuring bathrooms with double vanities. You won’t want to leave these rooms with the direct access to a furnished balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file. 

Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.

Great get away The location was great, right across the street from the beach. Easy access to a pool, very clean house along with plenty of space for everyone. I highly recommend for anyone visiting the Panama City to check out this property.

Prime Location This property is everything we were looking for! It is located in the second row so the walk to the beach takes about a minute. The road is not a highway and only used by local traffic so we werent worried for the children to cross it on their own. We stayed here with an extended family and we had plenty of room. The week before we arrived there was a storm that brought jelly fish with it - and a lot of it. Two of our children got stung. So naturally the kids didnt want to enter the ocean as much. This is where the big pool was just a life saver! Our children loved it so much that we had trouble dragging them to the beach. Needless to say, the size of the pool was perfect! In general, the location of this property is prime. The Walmart is so close that you can take a nice evening walk to it. There are volleyball nets along the beach - which we also used quite a bit. There are big hotels along the beach which gives it a lively vacation feel. Also another big tip is to go to Pensacola (2.5 hours away) to watch the Blue Angles practice. But make sure you look into their practice schedule. It is so worth seeing them! The house was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked up on supplies. Enough towels for the week and just overall very inviting. We loved our vacation and will very likely come back!

Beach trip House was clean and spacious. Staff was nice and easy to work with. Short walk to beach. Not bad at all. The road in front of house was never busy. The house was near everything we wanted. There is no view and the house was not as well equipped as some, but we enjoyed it.

Great house to accommodate a large or multiple families We stayed in the house with two other families. 6 adults and 8 children. The house was a perfect size and layout for our needs. The house decor is cute and gives the perfect "beach vibe." The house is located across the street from the beach. Nice short walk, to a sugary white sand beach. The house does have general wear and tear, couches and chairs in the family room are in need of repair or replacement. Washer worked great, dryer needed multiple cycles to dry. The house is equipped with basic cookware, flatware plates and bowls. The outdoor space is nice. One challenge for us was the outdoor grill. It's a small (public park style) charcoal grill. We would love to have had a larger grill. With a house of that size, the grill needs to be bigger to accommodate timely grilling. The pool was great, large and nice zero depth entry, perfect for little ones. The pool was not heated. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

We were an extended-family party of 17 people ranging in ages from 8 months to 67 years. We loved the house, being almost new everything was clean, fresh and in good order. The furnishings and color schemes were all modern and taseful. Cleverly, custom built queen size bunk bed with trundles really boosted the sleeping capacity of the house. Location was ideal, in a quiet side street just steps away from a superb white sugar sand beach, safe for our gaggle of kids. The pool too was a great hit - particulary after dark with the multi-colored pool lights. Easy access to shops and restaurants meant we had to spend little time away from the serious business of having a great beach/pool vacation. Everything was so good that we can't imagine wanting to go anywhere else for our next family beach vacation - we're already planning renting again next year.
