Located on the West End of Panama City Beach, this home will offer access to the most beautiful beaches in the world! With spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, this 3,300 square feet beach house will sleep up to 19 guests. Conveniently located on the tranquil West End, yet within only 5 miles of the bustling Pier Park, Sandy Toes is a prime location for night life, yet still provides peace and quiet for a family escape!!
Sandy Toes requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the dates below.

Fall Break: October 3 – 17 (Saturday – Saturday)
Family Break: March 13 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)

Right when you walk in, you are embraced by the feeling of home! First with a 2nd living room with comfortable seating to watch TV or play a card game at the table. Walking down the hall to the 1st bedroom with 2 twin over full bunk beds with a connecting bathroom, which also leads right to the pool deck. The pool deck is furnished with loungers and table & chairs to enjoy the commercial size grill next to the pool.
The 2nd floor opens up to a kitchen with seating for 18. Equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and fully stocked kitchen, where you can't go wrong with home cooked meals. Sit with the family and enjoy the views sitting off the kitchen/living room balcony. Travel down the hall to a queen bedroom with a connecting bathroom and walk-in-closet. Climb up to the 3rd floor to see the common area with TV and reclining couch. The 3rd floor consists of 4 bedrooms. A queen over king bunk room with a connecting bathroom. Next to this is the queen bedroom with a connecting bathroom and walk-in-closet. Walk across the house past the common area and we have the 2 king bedrooms with ocean views. Each has its own bathroom and a shared balcony.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
