"Pier Park Paradise", is a brand new-built home located on the West end of Panama City Beach. Just a short walk to some of the best shopping, restaurants and attractions in Pier Park! This beachfront home features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with a private beachside pool, private boardwalk and stunning ocean views from every angle.
Just inside from the pool deck on the first floor is a seating area with flatscreen TV, pullout queen sofa bed, foosball table and full bathroom. It's perfect for hanging out inside while still having an open view of the pool and grilling area. The sliding glass door opens up to an 8x12 private pool (which can also be heated for an additional fee) and has surrounding lounge chairs, outdoor games plus an outdoor charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal).
On the second floor is the main living/dining/kitchen area.You can see the entire coastline from every window/glassdoor on this level with the open-concept Feng shui. There is also a full open-air balcony just off this space. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, dishware and utensils to accommodate everyone for all meals and the dining tables seat up to 12 people with an additional 5 at the eat-in bar. There are two bedrooms located right off of the kitchen which include a king bedroom and bunk room (the bunk room has a queen over queen and twin over twin set). The king room has its own private en-suite and the bunk room shares its bathroom with the main living space.
The top floor features a washer and dryer set as well as the remaining bedrooms of the home. On the beachside are two separate king rooms, each with their own private en-suites and a shared furnished balcony. The opposite side of this floor has a queen over king bunk bed with its own private en-suite as well.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
