"Pier Park Paradise" is currently under construction to become one of the newest members of Holiday Beach Rentals family of homes and will be ready to enjoy October 2020! This beachfront dream home will be a 6 bedroom / 6 bathroom paradise featuring a private outdoor pool, private beachfront boardwalk, and serene ocean views.
As you take your first steps into Pier Park Paradise, you will find a convenient ½ bathroom to your right and further down the hallway towards the beachside – a sitting room with 1 queen sleeper sofa. This room also features amazing beachfront views of the Gulf of Mexico and your very own sliding glass door leading out to the pool deck and the beach. Also located on the first floor is your full-size washer and dryer.
Heading up to the second floor you will find the spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. This is where everyone will want to gather! This open concept area features a walkout balcony where you can spend your evenings taking in the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. Also located on this floor are two additional bedrooms, one bunk room featuring a queen over queen + twin over twin (sleeps 6) and then a King bedroom.
On the beach side of the third floor are two king master bedrooms, each have their own en-suite bathrooms. On the street side is another king bedroom as well.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.
Listings / Pricing: Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
