"Pier Park Paradise", is a beachfront home located on the West end of Panama City Beach. Just a short walk to some of the best shopping, restaurants and attractions in Pier Park! This beachfront home features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with a private beachside pool, private boardwalk and stunning ocean views from every angle (including the balcony bed swings)!

Just inside from the pool deck on the first floor is a seating area with flatscreen TV, pullout queen sofa bed, foosball table and full bathroom. It's perfect for hanging out inside while still having an open view of the pool and grilling area. The sliding glass door opens up to an 8x12 private pool (which can also be heated for an additional fee) and has surrounding lounge chairs, outdoor games plus an outdoor charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal).

On the second floor is the main living/dining/kitchen area.You can see the entire coastline from every window/glassdoor on this level with the open-concept Feng shui. There is also a full open-air balcony just off this space. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, dishware and utensils to accommodate everyone for all meals and the dining tables seat up to 12 people with an additional 5 at the eat-in bar. There are two bedrooms located right off of the kitchen which include a king bedroom and bunk room (the bunk room has a queen over queen and twin over twin set). The king room has its own private en-suite and the bunk room shares its bathroom with the main living space. 

The top floor features a washer and dryer set as well as the remaining bedrooms of the home. On the beachside are two separate king rooms, each with their own private en-suites and a shared furnished balcony. The opposite side of this floor has a queen over king bunk bed with its own private en-suite as well.

Pier Park Paradise Requires a 7 Night Minimum Stay for All Reservations During the Check-in/Checkout Schedule Below:

Family Break: March 12 – April 9 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 3 – August 12 (Friday – Friday)
Fall Break: October 1 – October 15 (Saturday – Saturday)


Family Break: March 11 – April 8 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 2 – August 11 (Friday – Friday)
Fall Break: September 30 – October 14 (Saturday - Saturday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file.   If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older.  Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed.  Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation.  Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

They went above and beyond, outside of office hours, to help answer any questions and address concerns. For example, when the ice maker wasnt working they delivered us ice regularly until someone came to fix the ice maker.

Awesome house! The house was beautifully done! So close to the beach and pier which was really fun and convenient. The only negative is the construction going on right next door which I know is temporary but was definitely a negative as they pretty much worked everyday...all day. Other than that, the property management company was excellent at communicating and we loved the house.

I would have liked for there to be a broom and dustpan. I did like having a vacuum cleaner though. I would also have liked to have a hose to be able to spray the deck off. And this is very picky, but the last step down to the beach at the end of the boardwalk was very high. I think the sand has washed away under that last step. This is the nicest beach house I have ever stayed in, it is absoloutely gorgeous!

House was spotless, well equipped with updated appliances, furnishings, bedding and dishes. This is a luxurious home with an amazing location right on the sandy white beaches of the gulf. The private boardwalk and outdoor shower are an added bonus. There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen and a small one on lower level for overflow. In addition, there is a separate beverage cooler designed to hold wine bottles and canned beverages. The bunk room sleeps six and was perfect for the kids. The pool deck furniture as well as balcony furniture is top of the line. Everything is well maintained and new. There is not one negative to report...it was everything we wanted for our reunion.

One of the best beach houses we've every stayed at!! House is brand new, modern, tons of space, and directly on the beach. The location could not be more convenient to food, bars, restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach. We liked that it was not in the heart of the tourist district, this part of the beach is not crowded. Each bedroom and bathroom of this home is uniquely decorated with lots of detail and style, and the views are amazing. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect home for my family, the ocean views each morning and the layout of the house was exactly what we needed. Beachfront Stunner We were looking for a beachfront respite for Thanksgiving for our Family of 3 and our good friends (also a family of 3) and this property exceeded our expectations! The property is new and no expense was spared. I now want to put in a daybed swing on our property as I miss the one on the top deck so much. A swing on that at night before bed was part of our regular routine. You cant get any closer to the beach. Having private beach access was a must - and the view was outstanding through every window. We wish the pool was bigger (its really more of a spool) but as it was a bit cooler - pool time wasnt high on our list. Its close to everything you could want - if you can pry yourself out of the house. Were already talking about going back!
