"One Step Closer" is a beautiful vacation home just steps to the infamous white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach. This property has all the modern luxuries you would need to enjoy a worry-free vacation. One Step Closer is located near local attractions, good-eats, and miles of sandy beach.
The downstairs is an open area concept built to accommodate a large group where everyone can visit and have room to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living space are all on the first floor as well. The dining table seats up to 8 guests with an additional 6 seats at the bar. Also, on this floor is your first bedroom which features a queen sized bed with private full bathroom. Right across from that bedroom is the backdoor which leads out to your private backyard and pool area. Step out back and enjoy the large private pool, the spacious deck with lounge chairs and a gas grill for those family cookouts. The fenced in pool area also has an outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand. The ground floor is also where your full size washer/dryer set is located.
Upstairs on the second floor is a small seating area (which pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa) with flatscreen TV and 3 additional bedrooms. One bedroom being a queen room, one is a queen over queen bunk room with queen trundle (these share a full hallway bathroom) and the other is a king room with direct access to a furnished balcony and a spacious bathroom with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. Also close to the common area is a twin over twin bunk bed set

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.
Listings / Pricing: Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
