After enjoying the sandy white beaches of the Emerald Coast, guests can enjoy the spectacular glass enclosed private heated* pool. "On the Beach" also provides an outdoor living area that has a commercial Kamado Joe grill for the ultimate family dinners.
Guests will enjoy many amenities that make each beach vacation unforgettable. This amazing vacation rental includes brand new appliances, along with the sheek look of modern beach decor. "On the Beach" is located on the desired West End, close to family fun and local hot spots.
"On the Beach" will make your beach vacation a dream! From the scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico to top notch amenities provided. Our guests will enjoy a flat screen in every room, cable and WiFi provides throughout the home.
As you enter the home on the 1st floor, you'll notice an additional refrigerator and a half bathroom, with a door leading to the outside pool area. The pool is 16x8 and is surrounded with plenty of lounge chairs a grill for your use.
Head up to the 2nd floor and enjoy "On the Beach's" great open floor plan. The fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room is a great spot for guests to gather. The kitchen will be fully equipped for your use and has bar seating for 5. There is a Murphy Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area as well as a Flat Screen TV, electronic fireplace, and access to a furnished balcony overlooking Panama City Beach. Down the hall will be a half bathroom and a King sized bedroom with en-suite and flat screen TV.
On the top floor, there is a Queen sized bedroom on the street side, with en-suite and flat screen TV. There is also 2 Queen over Queen bunk bedrooms, one with a connected bathroom. There is an additional full hall bathroom as well as a full washer/dryer. Towards the south end of the home, one can find the luxurious master suite. This room features a King sized bed, flat screen TV, spacious bathroom, and direct access to a furnished balcony looking out towards the beach.
The glass balconies on this home will allow you to watch the sunset and relax during your stay. You are also just a step way from the iconic and beautiful Panama City Beach.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
