Description

“The Oasis”, is a magnificent beachfront home offering 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths and sleeps 18. It features both indoor and outdoor spacious living/recreational areas, a private pool and poker/game room. This home is in an excellent location to enjoy quiet sunrises and peaceful sunsets on the West end of Panama City Beach.

The very first thing that will draw you in is located directly on the first floor – The Emerald Coast itself! Walk straight through the front door all the way through to the sliding glass doors of the back of the home and get completely lost in the stunning views of powdery white sand and rolling waves. We welcome you to drop all your luggage right then and there to take in the fresh salt air and hear the harmonious sounds of your new beachfront abode. That’s not where it ends…..step out a little bit more  to your very own private outdoor pool! After all, you shouldn’t have to choose just one place to hang out under the sun. Once you settle into the first floor, you will see 2 king bedrooms with a remarkably decorated open concept living room/dining room and kitchen. The full equipped bar/island seats 4 while the bench-style dining room seating can fit up to 10! This floor is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

Head up to the second floor where you will find a second living area including refrigerator and kitchenette. Be sure not to miss the side door in this area because it opens up to the open-air outdoor seating/recreational area, complete with outdoor bar and pool table! This area is a perfect fully shaded “chill”, spot for any time of day and well-lit for any time at night. This floor also accompanies 2 large ocean front master rooms and an additional (2) twin over twin bunks room (sleeps 4).

If you are still looking for fun, race up to the third floor to the fully equipped poker room and let the games begin! Also, on the third floor is a uniquely decorated double queen bedroom (street view) and Master ocean view room (with walkout balcony).

The Oasis requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:
 
2021:
Family Break: March 13 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 5 – August 14 (Saturday - Saturday)
Fall Break: October 2 – October 16 (Saturday – Saturday)

2022:
Family Break: March 12 – April 9 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 3 – August 12 (Friday – Friday)
Fall Break: October 1 – October 15 (Saturday - Saturday)




A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file. 

Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay. 

Listings / Pricing: Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.

Excellent Location We loved staying at Oasis. We had 13 in a our group ages 1-67. We had plenty of rooms to each have out own space and bathrooms. The decorations and furniture are immaculate. The pool and outside shower are a bonus.

Awesome Place! This place is amazing! The house is everything we wanted it to be! Great location. The beach was pretty much ours the entire time with very few people around us. The view from every floor is amazing. The highway could be noisy on the front side of the house, but it wasn't terrible. Overall I would highly recommend this place!
