"No Rain"  is an amazing beachfront home featuring 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. No Rain is a perfect getaway spot! This home features a large beachfront swimming pool, Tiki Bar area, and more than enough entertainment and luxurious amenities for the group to enjoy. Long day at the beach? Unwind in the pool while you listen to the sound of the waves roll in. Perfect for that group that loves to watch the big games or races, the living room features 3 large flat screen TV's and a view of beautiful Panama City Beach. Step outside to the lower game area of the home and you will find a pool table and foosball table.  View Floor Plan

The first floor features a living area with a flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, refrigerator, half bathroom, kitchenette, and door leading to the outside Tiki Bar and Game area. The outside deck on the 1st floor has a pool table, foosball table and bar seating. Take some steps up and you will be blown away by the extensive pool area. Walk down to the beach on the newly added beach walk over! You can enjoy all of this while looking out towards the glorious Panama City Beach. 

The second floor features a great open floor plan living area, two bedrooms, a half bathroom located in the hallway, and direct access to a furnished balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from utensils to double ovens. You can sit 8 at the dining table, and 3 at the bar, while you enjoy your meal looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. The upscale living room features 3 large flat screen TV's, perfect for broadcasting a variety of programs. Down the hall is the half bathroom, a queen over king bedroom with private en-suite, and a king bedroom with private en-suite. 

Head up to the third floor and you will continue to be impressed by the grand decor and detail of "No Rain." This floor features a common area with flat screen TV, a washer/dryer, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony in the master suite. The first bedroom is a queen over king bunk, this bedroom shares a bathroom with the common area located in the hall.  The second bedroom is a king room located on the streetside of the home with private en-suite. The third bedroom is a king room with a partial beach view and private en-suite. The fourth bedroom is the king master suite. This will be the bedroom everyone wants to stay in featuring perfect views of the beach where you can watch the sunrise/sunset. The master suite features a jetted bath tub and large walk-in shower with a color changing rain shower head. The glass door in the bedroom leads out to the furnished balcony where you can relax and take-in the mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file.   If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older.  Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed.  Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation.  Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

exceptional vacation spot This was our first family vacation to Florida! 14 of us and the house was perfect with extra room. The kids were in the pool from morning to night when not enjoying the beautiful beach and ocean. Everything you need is only minutes away! Groceries, entertainment, restaurants etc. It is absolutely the perfect spot!! Can't wait for next year...

Off-Season Girls Weekend Success! I rented this house for a girls weekend during the off-season in late January. We had a total of 12 and were able to all sleep comfortably. There were plenty of bathrooms too, which was helpful for a large group of girls :) It was clean and had all the essentials we needed in the kitchen for the weekend. We paid to have the pool heated and really enjoyed spending time swimming and the beautiful view of the beach. The house does have a lot of stairs, so that is something to keep in mind if you are thinking of renting this house - my calves got quite the workout! Overall great place and the management team was very responsive. I'd definitely rent again!

The No Rain property was absolutely perfect for our family get away! We had 12 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. 6 bedrooms with King size beds (2 bedrooms have Queen over King bunks - which the kids LOVED!). Each bedroom has its own bathroom...plus there are 2 half baths in the common areas. The kitchen (my dream kitchen) was perfect for cooking in! The outdoor grill was perfect bonus! The main level patio with furniture was perfect for viewing the stunning view of the Gulf and the sunsets. The pool and hot tub were perfect! The only complaint I have about it is that we chose not to pay to heat the pool ($1200 for the week). Seems a little ridiculous, but overall the temperature was fine for swimming most days. The master bedroom and the upper deck was amazing. It was so nice to sit out there in the morning & just watch the waves come in. The master bathroom --just amazing! LOVED the shower!!! We got great use out of the pool table and lower deck area as well. Also, being new construction, there were lots of screws, cigarette butts, nails, etc. in the empty lot next door. It was fine, but we used that way to get access to the beach, so had to be careful with the kids and where we stepped. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone. The property company answered texts/questions immediately and was there within the hour to solve any issue. We had the best vacation & felt like we were very pampered in this home.
