- The first floor features a living area with a flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, refrigerator, half bathroom, kitchenette, and door leading to the outside Tiki Bar and Game area. The outside deck on the 1st floor has a pool table, foosball table and bar seating. Take some steps up and you will be blown away by the extensive pool area. Walk down to the beach on the newly added beach walk over! You can enjoy all of this while looking out towards the glorious Panama City Beach.
- The second floor features a great open floor plan living area, two bedrooms, a half bathroom located in the hallway, and direct access to a furnished balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from utensils to double ovens. You can sit 8 at the dining table, and 3 at the bar, while you enjoy your meal looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. The upscale living room features 3 large flat screen TV's, perfect for broadcasting a variety of programs. Down the hall is the half bathroom, a queen over king bedroom with private en-suite, and a king bedroom with private en-suite.
- Head up to the third floor and you will continue to be impressed by the grand decor and detail of "No Rain." This floor features a common area with flat screen TV, a washer/dryer, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony in the master suite. The first bedroom is a queen over king bunk, this bedroom shares a bathroom with the common area located in the hall. The second bedroom is a king room located on the streetside of the home with private en-suite. The third bedroom is a king room with a partial beach view and private en-suite. The fourth bedroom is the king master suite. This will be the bedroom everyone wants to stay in featuring perfect views of the beach where you can watch the sunrise/sunset. The master suite features a jetted bath tub and large walk-in shower with a color changing rain shower head. The glass door in the bedroom leads out to the furnished balcony where you can relax and take-in the mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico.
- Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
- "No Rain" has direct beach access with a private boardwalk!

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.
Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

"No Rain was the perfect layout for our family. We traveled with our 3 adult children and their families; spouses and 5 grandchildren under 8. "Positive- location, heated pool, layout, bedrooms with private baths. Extra fridge downstairs, ice machine Opportunities- water heater went out but was fixed right away so not an issue. Pool heater had to be reset but worked fine afterwards and quick response. Construction on house next door but not really a big deal. We really enjoyed this location. "Our family of 12 traveled in from 4 different states to spend a week together on the beach. No Rain allowed us all to be under one roof without ever feeling crowded! The pool was just big enough to cool off in (definitely did not need to be heated in July!) and the beach was only steps away. Half of us utilized the beach set up service, which was very convenient - especially for those who flew in and couldn't bring their own beach chairs/umbrellas. We had pre-planned our meals, and depended on having a grill. When we realized that the Big Green Egg was not functioning correctly, we contacted management and they quickly brought TWO charcoal grills to the house along with a bag of charcoal! One bathroom had a slight issue with water seeping out and maintenance handled that issue within an hour of us contacting them. It was a wonderful week in a beautiful home and we would not hesitate to rent this property again!

"The house was great for our family of 16. A lot of steps, but that is to be expected. It was right on the beach, great location, and was very clean. The full size pool was a life saver for our kiddos since it was a double red flag for the entire week. I wish we could have gotten the pool heater to work, but even after management came out, it never came on. We also had problems with the doors locking, especially the sliding glass door. Management was easy to get ahold of and responded to any requests that we needed. The house itself has plenty of room to spread out. I loved the 2 refrigerators and the ice maker. We also used the grocery delivery service offered through Holiday Beach rentals. They picked up our groceries, delivered them, stocked our cabinets, and refrigerators so when we got there we could relax. That was amazing. Great rental for a large group!

"The place is very nice, beds very nice and clean. Just a little hint make sure you bring TP paper, paper towels, salt, pepper and anything you use for cooking. They do supply all cooking pots, pans and things like that but no storage containers for left overs so you must supply that. I would return and stay again the pool is wonderful the beach is right there and the view is beautiful.

"This was our favorite house weve rented in FL so far. You cant beat the layout (plenty of space for everyone) and the location was great. Close enough to town, but away from all the loud and craziness. The pool was wonderful for us all to use each afternoon to take a break from the beach. Everything was just top notch! The only things we realized we didnt have was pot holders and not enough kitchen hand towels. The grill is also a green egg, and we wished we had known to bring the proper grilling items. We cant wait to come back!!

"Our stay at No Rain was outstanding. We met up with our three grown children and their families and had a wonderful time. One of my criteria for a rental house was a pool table and although I was surprised to see it was outside and under the deck, we had some epic billiards games that will go down in vacation lore for years to come. The pool was a wonderful size and shape for lots of grandchildren where the older kids could swim and and little ones could sit on the large shelf that is only a few inches deep. The hot tub was hot and used often. We had absolutely beautiful sunsets and lots of pictures were taken almost every evening. The house could use more coasters as we were scrambling to put paper towels under our cups in the living room; otherwise, the kitchen was well equipt. Everyone had a great time.

"EPIC Vacation, Amazing Vacation Home! My family and I came back to the No Rain property for the 2nd year in a row to celebrate my husband turning 50 this year, and as expected, the property did not disappoint. New to the property this year was the game corn hole; my in-laws loved playing. We all really enjoyed the pool table, the pool, the hot tub, the 3 TVs in the living room; and of course, the house is located directly on the beach. There was plenty of room for our squad of 12 to hang out or to spread out. Any group renting this property will enjoy every minute as we did. The only reason I did not give the property 5 stars is that the kitchen is not equipped to handle cooking for large crowds. My husband and I take our family and extended family on vacation every year, and our only rule is that everyone has to cook a meal or buy a meal for the house. Though the dining room seats 8 plus the 3 additional stools at the bar top makes the total meal seating for 11. However, the pots and pans do not accommodate cooking for 11. They were very worn and were not sufficient for our group of 12. Something as simple as browning the hamburger for taco night was a challenge because there wasnt a skillet large enough to handle the load. Im sure this is overlooked with most vacation rentals because most people dont cook on vacation, but we do. Had I informed Holiday Beach Rentals of the situation they would have corrected the issue right away, but there was no point in making a fuss over something so minor. Rent the No Rain property, its worth every dime, and you wont be disappointed. Happy vacationing!

"This house was wonderful and as beautiful as the pictures. Holiday Beach Rental was great and quick to respond anytime I sent a message. The pool was great for little ones since it has a pool sundeck. Our grandson 19 mos old loved that area. Just make sure to take pool shoes since several of the kids got splinters. Also, if you like music outside bring your own since the speaker don't work out there. We had brought our own to take to the beach so it worked out fine. Definitely a great house to stay in!!

"We chose this beach house for our family vacation and it comfortably slept 10 people. Holiday Beach Rentals addressed every single question or concern we had within minutes, which was highly impressive! When we first arrived, we were in awe of how beautiful this home is. Pictures do not do it justice! The house is absolutely perfect for large groups and is right on the beach. We opted to rent beach chairs and an umbrella and it made our beach days even more enjoyable. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Panama City Beach!

"This home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Decorated perfectly and with a fabulous layout. The owners really thought through every detail and it was definitely designed with entertaining in mind. We had 6 executive couples, and there was plenty of space for us all to do our own thing and not feel like we were on top of one another. The rooms all had great insulation so we could not hear anyone snoring, laughing or staying up late. In the morning everyone checked into business on their laptops on the deck with an incredible view....you can't beat an oceanfront mobile office. The men in particular loved the triple tv's, and we all watched the Kentucky Derby which was great across the screens. The kitchen had everything you could think of, beds super comfortable and parking ample. We ordered the beach chairs which was a nice touch, and the pool had chaise lounges too. We did not pay extra to heat the pool but management mentioned the hot tub was included....if it was, we couldn't figure out the control panel so no hot tub for us LOL. No worries though as we had plenty of fun with the outdoor pool table, foosball tables and corn hole. The colored led lighting in the ceilings and the pool/hot tub was really cool too and a nice touch. Oh, and the sound system was great with outdoor speakers on all levels. We really could not have asked for a better property and beach vacation, and cannot WAIT to book it again. Thanks No Rain....FIVE shining stars!!!

"The house was beautiful and located right in the beach. Every room had a large bathroom. Staff was eager to help with any hiccups (learning to operate the house) The beach was clean and there is a lot to do in the town. Pricey but everything is new and very well maintained.

"This was our first family vacation to Florida! 14 of us and the house was perfect with extra room. The kids were in the pool from morning to night when not enjoying the beautiful beach and ocean. Everything you need is only minutes away! Groceries, entertainment, restaurants etc. It is absolutely the perfect spot!! Can't wait for next year...

"I rented this house for a girls weekend during the off-season in late January. We had a total of 12 and were able to all sleep comfortably. There were plenty of bathrooms too, which was helpful for a large group of girls :) It was clean and had all the essentials we needed in the kitchen for the weekend. We paid to have the pool heated and really enjoyed spending time swimming and the beautiful view of the beach. The house does have a lot of stairs, so that is something to keep in mind if you are thinking of renting this house - my calves got quite the workout! Overall great place and the management team was very responsive. I'd definitely rent again!

"My family and I (all adults, no children or pets) stayed at the "No Rain" property from 11/16 to 11/21/18. We absolutely loved this home. Though we visited a month or so after Hurricane Michael, we were able to fully utilize the entire property, we never saw any signs of damage. The home is close to restaurants, shopping, points of interest, etc. The outdoor entertainment area on the 1st floor with the TV and pool table and foosball table, was perfect for the guys. The girls mostly hung out at the pool and hot tub. Even in November, it was nice, the pool water was a bit cold but we expected it to be, because we didnt pay to heat the pool. There was plenty of room in this house for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. The only negative thing about this house were the cooking utensils. In the middle of cooking, we had to make a few trips to Wal-Mart or Dollar General (both are about 5 minutes away) to buy a cheese grater, a can opener and utensils for the BBQ grill. The ones provided at the property were useless. With that said, wed definitely return to this home and would recommend it.

"We loved staying here and especially enjoyed the full sized pool. Plenty of space with six bedrooms and multiple areas to relax and spread out in. Would be nice if there was a board walk down to the beach rather than the trail over the dunes.

"Our family of 16 (ages 6-65) had ample room in this spacious home. We were on an area of the beach that had single family homes, so even though the beach is public, we had almost no other people on "our" beach. The pool and spa were big hits with the kids, as were the bunk rooms and the MANY televisions. Even on a couple of rainy days, we had no problems keeping the kids entertained. While we did have a few issues with appliances not working, the management company was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The location is great, allowing us to walk to several restaurants and shops. All in all, a wonderful time was had by all!
