"No Rain" is an amazing 6 bedroom, 6 full/2 half bathroom home that sits directly on the beach. No Rain is a perfect getaway spot! This home features a large heated* swimming pool, Tiki Bar area, and more than enough entertainment and luxurious amenities for the group to enjoy. Long day at the beach? Unwind in the jacuzzi while you listen to the sound of the ocean. "No Rain" sits on the East End of Panama City Beach just located next to 4 of our other luxury vacation homes including "Southern Comfort," "Sea Turtle," "Coastal Luxury," and "High Tide."

No Rain is perfect for that group that loves to watch the big games or races. The living room features 3 large flat screen TV's and a view of the beautiful Panama City Beach. Step outside to the lower game area of the home and you will find a pool table and foosball. No Rain is the perfect beach home for a family reunion, summer getaway, or the big game! No detail has gone unthought-of in this home!
The first floor features a living area with a flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, second refrigerator, half bathroom, kitchenette, and door leading to the outside Tiki Bar and Game area. The outside deck on the 1st floor has a pool table, foosball table and bar seating. Take some steps up and you will be blown away by the large heated* pool and jacuzzi. Walk down to the beach on the newly added beach walk over! You can enjoy all of this while looking out towards the glorious Panama City Beach.
The second floor of "No Rain" features a great open floor plan living area, two bedrooms, a full hall bathroom, and direct access to a furnished balcony. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a double oven and everything else you will need during your stay. You can sit 8 at the dining table, and 3 at the bar, while you enjoy your meal and looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. The upscale living room features 3 large flat screen TV's, perfect for broadcasting a variety of programs. Down the hall is a half bathroom, a queen over king bedroom with en-suite, and a king bedroom with en-suite.
Head up to the third floor and you will continue to be impressed by the grand decor and detail of "No Rain." This floor features a common area with flat screen TV, a washer/dryer, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony in the master suite. There are 2 king sized bedrooms with a connected bathroom, as well as a queen over king bunk bedroom with a hall bathroom right next to it. The master suite in "No Rain" is one that will blow your mind. The king master bed is in perfect view of the ocean where you can watch the sunrise/sunset. The bathroom features a jetted bath tub and large walk-in shower with a color changing rain shower head. The glass door in the bedroom leads out to the furnished balcony where you can relax and take-in the mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
