"Hammerhead" is a newly constructed home, featuring 9 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, a private beachfront pool, and ample space to accommodate everyone in your group! This home is located on the west end of Panama City Beach which offers a quiet and relaxing vacation experience.
Upon opening the front door, you are greeted with a quant seating area, flat screen TV and foosball table. The first bedroom is a little further to the left which features a twin over twin bunk as well as twin over queen bunk with full private bathroom including a small urinal. If you continue down the hallway you can catch a glimpse of your private pool area as well as the beautiful Emerald Coast from your sliding glass doors. The open concept kitchen/dining room/ living room on this floor is set up for everyone to gather, with 2 dining room tables, 2 refrigerators, 2 couches and large flat screen TV.
The second floor of this home features another open concept kitchen/dining/living room with seating for 7 at the table and 5 at the bar as well as a walkout balcony offering pristine beachfront views of the rolling waves. Also located on this floor are two additional bedrooms, one with a twin over queen bunk and another with a king bed, both have their own private full bathrooms.
The third-floor features 4 additional bedrooms – a queen over twin bunk room and 3 king rooms, all with private full bathrooms. The beachfront king master suite will not disappoint, with its own indoor seating area and furnished outdoor walkout balcony, it also features a massive en-suite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub.
As you complete the tour on the fourth floor, there is a small seating/loft area right as you come off the stairs, to the left and right are additional bedrooms featuring uniquely designed bunk bedrooms with private full bathrooms. The bunk bedroom on the street side of the home has 2 twin over twin bunk beds and 2 single twin beds on each side of the bunks. On the beach side is 1 queen bed with 4 twin beds and a walkout balcony.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
