"Great White" is a luxury beachfront home located on the quiet West end of beautiful Panama City Beach. This home features 9 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, a beachfront private pool and is located directly on the beach. With enough space to accommodate up to 31 people, it also has 2 full kitchens and furnished walkout balconies on every level.

The first floor living space features a spacious kitchen area with 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, ice maker, sink, and bar area with chairs and dining. You can also escape to the outdoor pool deck and lounge area to grill or relax while taking in the views of some of the world's most beautiful beaches. There is also a large bunk room down the hallway which has a twin over twin bunk as well as a twin over queen bunk with a shared en-suite. Located just outside the bunk room at the main entrance of the home is a fun game room area featuring a foosball table and board game.

The second floor features an open floor plan kitchen, living, and dining area. This second floor living space also features a spacious walkout balcony offering the best views of the coastline as well as outdoor dining and lounge seating. Go out on the balcony to have that cup of coffee and take in the sound of the waves or come out with a glass of wine to view the stunning sunsets. Also on the second floor is a twin over queen bunk bedroom, with private en-suite featuring a tub/shower combination. Across the hall is a king-sized bedroom with private en-suite. There is also a half bathroom and washer/dryer for added convenience.

Head up to the third floor where there are four additional bedrooms, all with private en-suites, as well as a second washer/dryer set. One bedroom is a queen over twin bunk bedroom, with private en-suite featuring a tub/shower combination. Across the hall are 2 additional king-sized bedrooms both with private en-suites one of which features a tub/shower combination. Down the hall to the beachside of the home is the king master suite which offers pristine beachfront views with a double vanity in the private en-suite as well as a large garden tub and walkin shower. The king master suite also features a furnished walkout balcony.

The fourth floor has 2 uniquely designed rooms with private en-suites. The bedroom on the north side of the home has 2 queen beds one with twin trundle, one twin bed and private en-suite, this room can sleep up to 6 guests. The beach view bedroom has one queen bed with 3 twin beds and 1 twin loft bed, this room can also sleep up to 6 guests. This bedroom also has a furnished walkout balcony and of course perfect beach views.

    A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

    No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

    No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file.   If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

    Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older.  Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

    Listings / Pricing:
    All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed.  Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

    Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation.  Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Amazing house! Cant recommend this house enough. Holiday beach rentals is extremely accommodating and great to work with! The house is decorated and furnished beautifully. Everything is 5-star. 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers just on the 1st floor kitchen made it so convenient for our large group. The kids enjoyed the pool in the morning, and then the beach in the afternoon. It is just a perfect setup and you will not be disappointed!

Right on the Beach We had a great time at this house on the beach. We had 24 people ages 3 to 79 and plenty of room. Every bedroom has it own bath. Three full size fridges, 3 ovens and 3 dishwashers made it easy to make meals for all of us. Loved the ice maker. The home was decorated really fun, so many interesting 3D decorations on the walls. Loved that it was right on the beach. Loved the private pool, the pool was not huge but we had all 11 kids (ages 3 to 13) in there several times. The hardest thing was all the stairs and no elevator, those staying on the 4th floor had sore legs the first couple of days. We never assigned the bedroom on the first floor because it was small and connected to the hall bath so not as private as the other bedrooms. But having a kitchen on the 2nd floor made it so grandma didn't have to go down the stairs as often. They had plenty of plates, glasses, flatware on each level for all of us. The only problem we had was the washer and dryer seemed to take forever to dry clothes, but we called management and they came and looked at them. I would recommend you bring quick dry beach towels as the home does not provide beach towels and we brought huge beach towels that we had to wash and dry every day. I think we are just used to a drier climate and all those huge beach towels would never dry if we hung them up. I would say we would go again, but we try to never go to the same place twice. We would try another home on a another beach even though this is one of the nicest homes on one of the nicest beaches we have ever visited. Our kids and grandkids had tons of fun!!!!

We absolutely loved the property except for the electrical problem with circuit breakers frequently tripping. We had 10 adults and 8 grandchildren for our family vacation, so the property had plenty of space. Loved the first floor kitchen. For the electrical problem, we were not challenging the electrical capacity. The property manager indicated that a repair would need to be made later when the property wasn't occupied. They did their best at the time. There are always little things that come up and this wasn't a major problem , just an ongoing nuisance. Otherwise the property was fantastic. Once that is fixed we would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a family of 14 for our immediate family reunion. This house was a quarantine with a different view. We had plenty of room and privacy on the beach to maintain distance from others and the house was more than large enough for all of us. Having 3 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers was a life saver. Also, the kids loved all the bunk beds with their own TVs. It's a great place to have a family reunion and still maintain some distance from the outside world.
