"Freshly Squeezed" is a vacation dream home located on the West end of Panama City Beach. It has
has 6 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half bathrooms, and will sleep 22 people. It features a private beachfront pool, direct access to the beach, and is perfect for your beach getaway.
As you first walk in the front door, there is a small living area with a queen sized sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. Down the hallway is a kitchenette (with refrigerator), half bathroom, and a door leading to the outside deck area where you will have your charcoal grill and outside bar seating area overlooking the beach.
On the second floor you will see a great open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 8-10 guests (plus extra seating at the bar), a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV. Guests can enjoy all of this space while looking out the full windows and glass doors at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The outside deck features your private pool and a lounge seating area, perfect for watching the waves and relaxing. Down the hall there will be a half bathroom and two bedrooms with en-suites. One bedroom features a queen over king bunk bed, a flat screen TV, and a full private bathroom. Across the hall is a king size bedroom also with a flat screen TV and a walk-in shower.
Head up to the third floor and you will find enough sleeping for 12 guests! On the north side of the home is a king sized bedroom with a tub/shower combination and across from the hall is a queen over king bunk bed room. Just outside this bedroom is a full bathroom and a twin bunk bed nook, each with its own flat screen TV overhead. There are two king master bedrooms on this top floor, each with their own personal bathroom, a flat screen TV, and best of all, direct access to a furnished glass balcony overlooking the beach.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
