"Emerald Paradise" is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, that will have you in paradise from the moment you walk in. This vacation property has all the comforts of home so step inside and let your vacation begin! The living room features a large flat screen TV with comfortable seating, open concept dining and fully stocked kitchen area (there is also bar seating). Located on the 1st floor you will find the first king-sized bedroom with an en-suite featuring a double vanity, accompanied with a large closet and a door leading right out to the pool area. Step out back to relax and unwind while enjoying the spacious private pool and the fenced in deck featuring comfortable lounge chairs and a charcoal grill for your use.
Head up the stairs to the 2nd floor where you will find a fun room for the kids with a Full over Full bunk and a flat screen TV so they can enjoy their favorite shows. The next rooms are both queen bedrooms, each with flat screen TV's. There is also a connecting bathroom that is shared with the bunk room, with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The king master bedroom is also on this floor with a connected bathroom and features a spacious, furnished balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the Gulf.
For added convenience there is a beach cart stored in the garage area to better help with your frequent trips to the beach!

We offer vacation rentals for 3-7+ nights on all our homes. Below is a list of the 7-night required rental dates:
Summer: Now – August 15 (Saturday – Saturday)
Fall Break: October 3 – 17 (Saturday – Saturday)
Family Break: March 13 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 6 – August 15 (Saturday – Saturday)
Fall Break: October 2 – October 16 (Saturday – Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
