Description

 

“Don't Worry” is an exquisitely constructed 4-level beachfront home with a unique layout that features 8-bedrooms, 9-bathrooms, a private pool, recreational room, and open-concept kitchen/living/ dining with walkout balconies on all levels.

As you first walk through your front door you will come upon the first two bedrooms, to your left is a bunk room featuring two twin over twin bunks which sleep up to 4 people, to your right is a king master suite; each room a private en-suite with walkin shower. As you make your way down the main hallway to the beachside of the home you will find the quaint recreational room (with kitchenette, high top table, couch and flatscreen TV) leading out to the private outdoor pool with amazing beachfront views.


Head upstairs to the second floor where there is another bunk bedroom featuring a queen over king bunk set which sleeps up to 4 people complete with a private en-suite with walkin shower. As you make your way to the beachside of the second level, you are coming up on the supreme master king suite! The master bedroom that awaits you offers stunning beachfront views with its walkout balcony and the gulf experience follows through into your exquisitely built private en-suite featuring a separate soaking tub overlooking the gulf with a beautiful stained glass window for added privacy (the en-suite also has a double vanity and walk-in shower).  Located between the bedrooms is an entertainment area with flatscreen tv and pool table. Also included on the second floor is the first washer and dryer set.


The third floor also offers the same master king suite experience on the beach side of the home; same stunning views, same en-suite set up, everything! This floor also has two more bedrooms (one king master located on the streetside of the home and one twin room featuring 2 bunk sets sleeping 4). The king master has a private en-suite with walkin shower and the bunk room has a private en-suite with shower/tub combo. The second washer and dryer set are also located on the third floor.


The fourth floor (this is where your indoor elevator comes in handy) has a new and unique layout with an open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. Imagine wining and dining with the World’s Most Famous Beaches’ sun setting just behind you. Feel free to slide open your glass balcony doors and let the fresh salt air in while you listen to the waves rolling by. These are the memories you will take home with you. Located on the streetside of the home is the last king master bedroom with shared en-suite

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file.   If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older.  Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed.  Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation.  Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

We had an amazing stay here, the patio perfectly overlooks the sunsets in the evening, and staying steps from the ocean was quite the luxury. A decent amount of people on the beach, but they seemed to be mostly to either side (probably due to the big condo buildings), leaving a nice place to set up right in front of the house. We didnt go to any restaurants/bars due to covid, so I cant speak to proximity to local establishments, but everything at the house was perfect! We had an awesome stay! The patio was great, perfect for watching sunsets while we ate dinner. Thank you for the honeymoon congratulatory wine as well! :)

The house was amazing. Plenty of room for our family. Loved the living space on the top floor. Beds were very comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated. My granddaughter was fascinated by the elephant and shark.
