"Coastal Luxury" sits directly on Panama City Beach’s Emerald Coastline and is located around popular local attractions, restaurants and nightlife. This beachfront luxury home features a private pool, beach walkover and plenty of outdoor lounge space on each level.
The main living room and dining area as well as the fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground level. The dining table seats up to 10 people with 4 additional seats at the eat-in bar. You could also choose to dine outside on your beachfront pool deck as there is seating for about 8 in that area as well. Also located on the first floor are two king bedrooms, each with their own private full bathrooms.
Up on the second floor is a cozy hang out spot with couch, flatscreen TV, foosball table and furnished walkout balcony with amazing beach views! Your washer and dryer unit is also located down the hall. There are 3 additional bedrooms; queen over queen bunk room and 2 king bedrooms (one located on the beach side with a stunning walkout balcony open to the beach).
The third floor offers another quaint chillout spot right as you come off the stairway with two indoor lounge chairs and flatscreen TV. To the right is a uniquely furnished room featuring two queen over queen bunk beds plus 2 additional twin trundle beds, this room sleeps a total of 10 people comfortably. On the opposite side of the hallway is a large beachfront king master suite complete with sitting area (which pulls out to be a queen sleeper sofa) and furnished walkout balcony. Both rooms on this floor also have their own private full bathrooms as well.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.
Listings / Pricing: Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
